Great videos! Finding a whole trilobite is on my bucket list. I would love to see some videos on how you prep them to be display pieces.

Thank you Kelly, And Thank you for watching. If you are anywhere near this place (Penn Dixie) it's a good place to take care of that bucket item. It's funny, I was just planning on setting up a tile saw in the back yard and doing some preping. I have some collecting videos still in the works but after these I will do a preping video. Thank you for the feedback! Cheers, Chris

Hi FossilSwede, Thank you very much! Yes, this is probably the best trilobite site in this half of the country. I just watched your quarry video and subscribed. What an awesome trip! Great trilobites and cephalopods! Thank you again! Cheers, Chris

@@fossilhuntingandcollecting4279 I'm happy you like the channel. Hopefully I'll return to that site in a couple of days. So there might be a "part 2" coming in the near future. There are several formations exposed from the lower and middle Ordovician.. and lots more to explore! Looking forward to your next upload! 👍👌

Doesn't get heavy bringing all the rocks home?? Looks like it is lots of work. Do you cut them out ? Very fun to watch. I like to try one day .you and your friends seem very nice and helpful with information 👍

Hi Gerrystarchild, The rocks are heavy but its good exercise hauling them out. Yes, I use a tile saw to cut out around the fossils and make nice display pieces. Thank you, Yes, I hope do get a chance to try this. its a lot of fun. Cheers, Chris

That was of course a joke, it would have been very expensive plus shipping, I hope I'll be lucky and find the whole piece 🙂

Hello, would it be possible to send one whole trilobite to the Czech Republic, I have been looking for that species for a long time, but I can only find remains or a whole head, unfortunately not 🙂
