i watched mikes video. i believe he was told that he could not have a business on that property because of zoning laws. if he lived their he could shoot all he wants. just not zoned for shooting ranges. he uses that property for his utube business only as a shooting ranges. so unless i misunderstood it's a zoning problem not a shooting problem. i hope it all works out for him.
Yeah what you are saying is correct. I think if he was setting up targets then taking them down right after shooting he might be ok. That way he can say he shoots on his property but there is no range. But i am no expert on zoning or property laws.
Interesting video mate as I don't know the story but I legally own handguns in Australia BUT I am not allowed to shot them on my own farm despite being miles from neighbours and many miles from nearest town. I know that is way different to this case but it all goes to show 'the law's an ass' onya cobber, nice backdrop to vid too mate

I realized when i was 21 and deployed to iraq. The people of iraq had more freedoms in life then we do. If you buy land here in the US there are many ways the government can take your land from you. or make it that you cant use your land. There are so many laws and regulations that we are treated like children and have no real freedoms.
@@snappers_antique_firearms 100% same in Oz cobber, and even the land we 'own' we only own down a couple of feet, find coal or oil or diamonds, it's the governments ..... find lost treasure, it's the governments, such is life .....
