  • Join me for a 20 minute Pilates for Happy Hips workout to improve hip flexibility, hip mobility, lower back pain and core strength. This workout contains exercises to build strength and flexibility in the hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes, as well as the core. A great routine to release lower back pain, improve posture and continue to build your core strength. I call it Pilates for Happy Hips because you'll really feel the benefits after the session. Happy hips, relaxed back muscles and great feeling of wellbeing!
