I absolutely LOVED this workout! I had been a bit depressed over the last 2 days and honestly, having adhd is a struggle when it comes to doing execrcise. I get bored easily, i tend to quit when it gets hard but anxious over whether i am doing it right or not. But you made it so much fun, and easy to follow along. I could honestly feel the stretch across my entire body and i feel a bit better now and proud of myself for taking a step forward. Thank you so much!

Hey Sandra, I hear you! ADHD, depression, and anxiety can make things challenging. Rachel's teaching style and her classes really inspire me to keep going. I've become much better at trusting my body to tell me what it needs and each time I choose to do a class - even if it's only 5 minutes - it is a HUGE help with mood and focus. One day at time. I hope you're having a better day today. 🌻
going back wards in the Spring Challenge , so busy these past couple of weeks, plus I am listening to my body too. I'm doing this to start and doing what I can. FEELS wonderful! ❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rachel!! It seems that I have always had tight hips. My older friends are struggling to reach their feet to give themselves a pedicure, and I am afraid that will be my future if I don't do something about my flexibility in the hip flexors and hips. And believe me, your stretches hit all of the tight areas I have, and a few I didn't know were tight. I will do this multiple times a week to see if I can loosen these muscles up. This was perfect. Ditto for me Cheryl. I'm 72 and have been trying to care for my body most of my life. I'm not athletic and can't move like Speedy but I sure want to stay flexible and maintain muscle. Wow I awakened some muscles that I didn’t know were there‼️ SUPER STRETCHERS but a couple I’m going to really have to work on. Not sure if my old body will get flat to the mat but maybe closer in time...thanks for another great workout Rachel 🥰

Still a wonderful, compact but effective session for tight hips - so important to maintain flexibility as we get older. Feel warm and stretched, and my hips are happy!😅Great addition to the March playlist, and perfect after a cold walk in the park this morning before lunch. I sit and read most afternoons, this is great to warm/flex my hips. Thanks for all you do!💚💙🧡💛
