Looks awesome, lots of wok hei! Will make it this weekend.
thanks
Thanks mate!✊🏻 I mostly cook Chinese, Malay and South East Asian food at home now as my local takeaways are crap. I used to live in Brunei and Hong Kong, and visited Singapore and Malaysia a lot, so the real taste of SE Asia is hard to get now in the UK since many Hong Kongers families who came here in the 1970s - 1990s do not want to carry on their legacy. Thanks for doing this, it helps me bring back memories for my family when making this at home with your help.
Good stuff!
another great video khoan keep up the great work
thanks
Did you maranade or tenderise the beef first ?
yes,
@@KhoanVong what was used to marinade the beef?
You are the best Chef for me!!!!!!!! Best wishes from Hamburg, Germany ❤
thanks
Thanks for posting again, I’ve cooked your previous BCM version in Hong Kong many times, the local takeaway canto beef fried noodle is slightly different to English Chinese takeaway. Still tasty but when missing Chinese from home always love to cook up your recipe. ❤ also love your chicken and cashew, another one you just don’t find here that tastes the same.
thanks
Nice one Khoan …… are you using topside of beef and how do you tenderise your beef ??
i used topside beef
Ordered from your chinese takeaway for the first time yesterday and its the best chinese food i've ever eaten! Can't wait to be a new regular!
Awesome! Thank you!
Looks delicious. Cheers!
thanks
Always great to watch the Wok King at work. Cheers buddy.
thanks:)
Absolute perfection 👌😋 10/10
thanks Nigel
Love your vids - Did you velvet the beef first?
yes i did
Lovely simply Lovely 😍
Thank you! 😊
The best 👍
thanks
How do you prepare the noodles? Do you buy them pre cooked? I buy dry noodles, and they are always soggy when I try to make chow mein.
Your water is too hot and you left it too long when you rehydrate them.
Hi Khoan, I note on your channel a video from 2015 for Salt and Pepper chips, but after watching, don't really explain the ingredients you're adding.. would you be able to do an updated video, detailing the ingredients as you add them please? And also, when will the Saturday night live videos be returning, if at all?
Don't have time for the livestream at the moment.
Great video again Khoan,well done!!
Thanks again!
I’ll keep saying it, Asian food makes white lives better 😂👍
They laughed in Nepal when I told them that in Nepali 😂😋😋
Thanks
man that looks good
thanks
Khoan. I would like to thank you for the videos. I can cook some mean stuff because of you. You put me onto Jimmy’s sate sauce and I’ve never looked back 👍🏻
Glad to hear it
Top dish chef. Chow mein is my go to dish if I'm really hungry along with some fried rice and a portion of curry sauce. Gives you enough for a sneaky lunch the following day.
You really are a true master of your profession As always keep the posts coming.
Sounds great!
Amazing pal 👌
Thanks for the visit
What is the dripping water into a can on the left please?
for washing the wok
And don't forget to make a Video with Chicken, shitake and bamboo with garlic😊😢
ok
Thank you.😊
Honestly, I think it tastes a lot nice to fry the beef regardless or whatever you are making be it noodles or fried dishes. When you boil it you take away this special beef flavour from it in my humble opinion
Yes, you are right
Cheers M8
youre welcome
