    I quit exercising over the fall for many reasons and just started back up a couple weeks ago doing one of you 15 minute routines a few times a week. Today I tried this one and was happy to get through the entire routine! I’m 76 and feeling great!

    Omg! I loved this workout! It went by so fast and was so much fun! I also liked that afterwards she suggested a video for abdominals and then finishing with stretches. She is so encouraging I think I can keep this up. I am 54 and need to get healthy. I feel fabulous! I ❤ her!

    I'm 44, and my younger kids ages 3,6 and 8 always decide to join in. They flail all over the place but they have a hoot. My 6 year old LOVES it when you tell HIM that he's 'doing a good job' and 'you're awesome in my books' and 'you did it'. That boy just beams 😍

    Thanks! Great workout! It has a good variety of exercises, and it's a little challenging but doable. My only minor criticism is that it's sometimes too bouncy-if I ever was bouncy, it was long ago. I really appreciate the closed captioning.

    Actually, I was fighting a bit with myself if I just relax but then I grabbed my laptop and started. Ticked all the boxes :-) It was extra hard not sitting on the terrace enjoying the sun with a glass of wine instead. Warm summer evenings are not guaranteed in Germany. So I gave myself a gold medal today 🙂

    10! Wonderful! I loved this format - walking/jogging for 20 seconds and toning/cardio/balance for 40 seconds. I prefer this over the 30/30. But I love all of Shellea's workouts! I followed up with 5 Minute Toned Abs and this beautiful 10 Minute Full Body Stretch for Tight Muscles and Flexibility.

    Excellent... Especially now. Its not enough we have a pandemic going, but unfortunately the senscless Ukraine war. Our hearts go out to these people who have abounded their country 😔❤️❤️❤️so this particular workout helps my moud to focus on the happier side of things even if it's just for a while, so we'll done for putting my spirits high.     Two weeks of rain! Have been going out in between showers to have my exercise walk. But today was cool, damp, and very grey. Just did not have the energy to put up with the weather. So glad I did this workout instead. Feeling fabulous! THANKS!

    Schellea, I love your exercise videos and you great calm voiceover. However, I would prefer more than 20 seconds of walking. I would like to see more akin to your 7 minute cardio workout ,but with video options for 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes. Just a suggestion.

    Love every single one of your videos, you have an amazing talent to inspire. But I absolutely can't stand the music on some of them. It's not music from our generation, I can't relate and it ends up being super distracting. I want to mute my speaker but at the same time I don't want to miss the encouraging words you say from time to time. So I end up having to put up with the music, which is anxiety producing for me.
    Instrumental would be awesome, that way it can be energizing but without the voices, which are often not pleasant to listen to.
    The Bee Gees, etc., are making a comeback with young dancers, and that (or any disco or 80s rock) would be fun.
    Other than that, love your channel! ❤️

    Love this workout. I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my back, carpool tunnel in my arms and a torn muscle in 1 of my legs. This workout is perfect for me. Thank you. How many calories would you say I burn doing this workout? Is it equivalent to walking 1 mile?

    I'm a guy and im 270 lbs I'm 30 yrs old and feel 45 and I'm out of shape, ive done alot of different workout programs through beachbody, and id say this lady gets me drenched in sweat more then any of the beachbody programs I've done and I love that there simple and low impact cuz its hard to do things when your out of shape I'll be sticking with her videos to get back in shape again 😊 time to go shower 🚿

    Wow! I just finished this workout--Yup, made it all the way through. I loved it. However, the lowest hand weights are seven pounds, but I made it until there were only ten minutes left. I will have to buy some lower-weight hand weights.
