      You don't change your thoughts through repetition, though... You change them by LETTING GO of whichever thoughts aren't beneficial to you. 😉

    This reminds of me of the whole 'brain+lane' concept, the lane part of it is highly subjective and tweak-able. As you've been emphasizing, it's something you already have access to. Dope!

    I think you can inteject at " reference" and break that cycle. More people need to think of this constantly. Moment to moment we are missing RAS opportunities.

      It can help "some"... However as explained here, the problem with this approach is that your RAS will distort those references.
