Hoshizaki Waterfall?

In this video you'll witness how crippling an ice machine waterfall can be. Nothing like a restaurant not having ice to serve to their guests. When it comes to a Hoshi ice machine, the water level is crucial. As it loses water it goes into harvest early causing small ice cubes. This slows down its ice making abilities and causes panic. Hoshi keeps tinkering with the cube guide area. I never had to worry about it either until this model
