- This workout was inspired by being sedentary due to holidays, getting sick and just plain ole busyness where easing into a workout not too hard and not too long is in order. The movement transitions smoothly into each exercise warming up all the major muscle groups while focusing on increased flexibility and deep abdominal connection. Finish the full body workout with a short, Yoga based flow to receive an inner sense of gratitude.

Great question! The ball can be used to activate inner thigh muscles, allow for proper positioning and create stability for the body. It does depend on ones posture, and if it would be more beneficial to use the ball or not. Hopefully, this makes sense.
