Dough was considering his options of not only what this night meant but what would happen after this retaliation. Revenge is best served cold so you better put your game face on. I think it’s awesome that Doughboy dropped Tray off at the bus stop so that he’d be able to get back home. He didn’t kick him out like he was going to do Lil Chris when they were kickin it on Crenshaw the night they 1st got into it with Farris. All these years later and beautiful little notes of humanity revealing themselves in the midst of all this war and horror.
Reason why he treated Tre that way was because they are still best friends, the beginning and end of the movie shows this. It's just overshadowed by him and Ricky's friendship after Dough went to jail. Notice he NEVER had malice when joking with him.

I’ve always thought it was a great idea to not have there be any lines said between Trey and Furious when he walked in. Trey's father furious always told him about life from a very young age in the movie. And he was a good father for his son. And his dad talked to him about that before he went into the car. And traded the right thing by exiting the car. That's just good parent relationship with your son. Doughboy wanted revenge. But I wonder if he really enjoyed the revenge. And then the end of the movie, doughboy was faded. They even when when the scene ended in doughboy was dead that they faded the the shot and it went to the next continuation. It just goes to show you that, doughboy got revenge but somebody got revenge for what doughboy did.

Trey's father furious always told him about life from a very young age in the movie. And he was a good father for his son. And his dad talked to him about that before he went into the car. And traded the right thing by exiting the car. That's just good parent relationship with your son. Doughboy wanted revenge. But I wonder if he really enjoyed the revenge. And then the end of the movie, doughboy was faded. They even when when the scene ended in doughboy was dead that they faded the the shot and it went to the next continuation. It just goes to show you that, doughboy got revenge but somebody got revenge for what doughboy did.
