Im modding my kayak with a trolling motor in the stern and was eyeballing that motor mount thinking I could rig it up somehow. Never thought to mount it upside-down what a great idea!

I am curious what your issue is with the motor not running 100%. When mine is at 100, I have seen peak watts of 580-590

@@AliexFolgueira next time I am out on my pelican catch 130 I will run a gps speed test and report back. I was thinking you were having an amp draw issue with your battery not pulling enough juice but you registered more watts in reverse?
800 is not a ultra cheap trolling motor. But, let that slide. I have found a 60 dollar mount that goes across the area behind the seat for a 150 dollar regular troling motor that you can use with a battery for about 300 total cost to be motorized. Salmon on a shoe string. lol . Good video, like the color coordination, blue shirt and boat. I had time to read all the responces. It's your channel and you are not sponsored by any madufacturer. Tell it like it is. Thats why I am here. I's like to see the 2.5 suzuki on the Skanu. That would be wild and might be good fishing platform.

Have you see the FishEagle FishSUP 126? I'm really hoping to get one soon. I feel like at the same price point as the PWR100 it's a better option, and it can fit in the trunk of a car.

It will hold it I mean it was designed to take that heavy battery, balanced buttery in the dront motor in the rear but I rather have lithium!
