ALL GIANTS BABY! Been stuck on the tube but recently picked up the flatware because I'm tired of reading about all the hype without knowing for myself how good it is. Looked like it worked for you. Great little review on what looks to be a great kayak.

Thanks, man! It's been a blast so far but I've only had one action packed weekend to try it out and may not get back on it until September. We'll see.

Thanks! Still going to use the Teton a bunch but if it’s deep onto LSC the Catch PWR is so much safer out there.
I’ve been playing with fire out there for too long. 🔥🔥🔥

No more paddling has to be a huge plus and it looks comfy. A few nice catches too on the day. Great job Bryan and enjoy your new boat/yak. Cheers

Well, my first time out I wasn't paying attention to the battery and got to paddle 2 miles into a headwind. Otherwise...Yes! Very comfy 😂

@@TheMichiganFisherman I have a Min Kota Endura 40 I could use. Would that be a decent fit?

Some fantastic smallies, great stuff. Sure wish I had a trolling motor - might be getting close to time for an upgrade

Thanks, Sean. I’m not getting any younger, and LSC is just too big to keep pressing my luck in the tiny Teton.
I love my Teton and I’m keeping it. It’ll make guest appearances from time to time.

Definitely stable enough to kneel on and take a leak. The Michigan Fisherman Approved! 😂👍

how long will it run the motor?

    • @TheMichiganFisherman
      @TheMichiganFisherman  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@herb1959 it depends on how you run the motor.
For instance, I have 5 forward Speeds. Each level draws a different amount of amps. I tested it a few weeks ago at each level:
      Level 1: 8.0
      Level 2: 10.7
      Level 3: 15.1
      Level 4: 19.0
      Level 5: 38.0
That’s per hour. And I run a 100Ah battery. So nonstop on Level 1 I could run for 12.5 hours. But nonstop on Level 5 would be only 2.6 hours.
So I try to rarely use Level 5 because Level 4 is still pretty fast and uses half of the amps.
