Those both look delicious. I am the only person in the house who eats mushrooms right now, but I could probably finish it all by myself!

That’s brilliant in the air fryer! Greg and I are cutting down on meat in the states! We will try this! Thank you both. Hope you are doing well!

      We are doing great.
We are too cutting on meat, not that we are becoming vegetarian but just our bodies are not craving for meat, specially red meat. 😳

Ooooooooh- these look fabulous and simple too.
The brown mushrooms- the baby portobello mushrooms we call cremini mushrooms-
"cree-min-nee mushrooms" or any brown mushrooms 'chestnut mushrooms'
One question- while you were air-frying the mushrooms, did you aff breadcrumbs or Parmesan cheese? I guess you can do half and half.
AND the most debatable question- Do you wash your mushrooms or brush any visible dirt off? Do you forgage for wild mushrooms? It's a 'gift' I would like to learn.
Thank you again for sharing some simple recipes. See you next Sunday :D ❤❤🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫

      - Cremini Mushrooms, the new word of the day.
      - We only add Parmesan Cheese, but breadcrumbs sound perfect to me, in fact it will give them a more crispy feeling. We will try them next time.
      - We normally don´t wash our mushrooms, we only brush them. What happens is that we get them from a little shop right under our home, and the owner only works with organic veggies, so we know they are 100% pesticide free, and they just need a little brushing.
      - Do we go wild mushroom hunting? No we don´t, this is a great area for wild mushrooms, but we are afraid of collecting the poisenous ones. When we are walking in the forest (specially in the fall) it is easy to find them, and many times we collect them, but then we show them to our neigbour who is 89 years old and he selects the good ones.
