alanbev, as an Angolan who knows how high the price of oil was not long ago, not even mentioning all other sources of income; not so happy with the MPLA governing of Angola. Watch the link below, with less resources and in less than 15 years, this country has achieved alot, with careful attention to what the people need and want. th-cam.com/video/33_pCBld2V0/w-d-xo.html

Hi Angola. something unusual got my attention about Angola. besides learning geography in school about this beautiful country. while working on a night duty I stepped out of my office and certainly heard a sound of a flight flying south west through our city, Nairobi some minutes past midnight. I was interested to know the origin and destinations of that flight. I quickly googled flight radar 24 only to learn the flight was air Angola destine Luanda from Hongkong. its now a month and i do ensure during clear skies i must watch as it passes here. I love Angola I love Luanda, Catumbela, Namibe, Cabinda etc. someday i gonna visit there.

Hey DW, the guide lives in Caop B, I lived in Capalanga, 1km North from Caop B near ex Monua(ex UN instalations). I left that area in 2004 and I went to Sao Paulo and I am now in Asia( I was also Azul e branco for 4 years, Mbaiador, I sold my azul e branco and I'm completing my higher education here in Asia, I don't think I will ever live there again, I'll visit Luanda one day, but I'll settle somewhere else, Luanda sucks 😆😆😆) 4:02 that construction is a museum of Kwanza(our currency) built by the Central Bank, the project went bankrupt because before José Eduardo dos Santos left, he fired the entire administration of the Central Bank including the governor(Massano Junior) he did it because he wanted to suck all the money before he leaves the presidency, and he did. ..that's why the parliament created a law that protects the Ex-President and his entire family from persecution, so in Angola the Ex-President cannot be sued for corruption like in Brazil(Lula) . ...Massano Junior is a good governor that's why Joao Lourenço called him back as soon as he became President. ... Angola is very different from what you see DW. ..very different. .. Dos Santos destroyed this country: Just to have an idea, his youngest son was studying in England, he used to get $20k per month just as pocket money, not for college expenses but pocket money... His son in law was the CEO of Cimangol, a Cement company owned by the Angolan state, he stole so much money there that he became art collector. .people die bacause they have no medicine, no food but he spends millions of dollars in art, he is the husband of Isabela and he is from Congo. .... In 2012 Angola government created a sovereign wealth Fund, $5billion dollars in Management, who was the head? Zenu dos Santos his son. And what they did? They created couple of offshore companies to steal the money from the sovereign Wealth, more than 800 million dollars was stolen in a period of 5 years, he was even in detention not long ago, he's facing justice or something. ....Isabela dos Santos owns 25% of Unitel the country biggest Communication Company, how much she gave to get 25% we don't know. ..The remaining 75% of Unitel is shared by Sonangol, Leopoldino De Nascimento and Oi(Brazillian Company) and Unitel owns 50% of BFA, countrie's biggest private Bank. ..It means that she owns BFA too. ..she owns many companies. .that's family business created with Angolan money. .don't forget Tchizé and Korean Dú. .. dos Santos family and his Elite owns the country. ..even the current president lol. ...... about 80% of Oil that Angola produces comes from Cabinda( Bloco 0, Bloco 15, Bloco 17, Bloco 21, kizomba just to name few) but less than 10% of oil revenue is invested in Cabinda. ...Angola is like a beautiful woman, but once know her you'll realise that she's HIV positive 😑😑😠😠😅😅😅😅😆😆😆😂😂😂😃

I find this depressing Angola need a reconstruction era just like America after the civil war I hate to see big countries with large land space and good natural resources go to waste because of corrupt governments and citizens without a vision I always picture one day Angola or south Africa can be the USA of Africa

The only problem in Angola is that the government refuses to fund education properly, and the high dependency on oil. Other then that it has made lots of progress that cannot be seen in this video. There are better areas then this.

Nosso governo sim é a vergonha nacional
