I follow a few random channels and one of the aquarium channels I follow got a soft comment ban because he was arguing about fish keeping methods with someone... 100% civil conversation as well. He's not sure if he got reported out of spite or if auto mods picked up something.I'm currently looking into backups as well. I just got a couple of TB drives ready.
Last night, I lost my liked playlist on mobile. I was sick to my stomach, so I checked on the computer and thankfully my liked playlist is safe. I'm not very good on patience, but I hope it will come back on mobile soon.
Unfortunately this situation is total chaos and the problem might happen again but there's nothing we can do about it. TH-cam needs to fix it on there end.

My playlist, all of a sudden, has disappeared? I don't know why, but I am just hoping that it will come back, just like you said.. there is sometimes luck that a playlist can come back! I'm pretty confident that it will because I did not delete it nor get near the delete button of deleting my playlist.. By chance, could there possibly be a reason why a playlist just disappears like that? Could it have been that it violated the TH-cam Guildlines because when someone goes to a playlist.. and they touch the 3 dots on the top, right corner.. you see a "report" button? Maybe it could have been that?
There is a bug in TH-cam that causes this from time to time. It's been around for a while now and they don't seem to fix it. If it was removed under some kind of guidelines issue there is usually a notices when you click on the link.
I hadn’t been back on my phone for a few months, and when I did use it again like I am right now certain songs are missing from my music playlist that I made. I’m really frustrated because I’ve worked on that playlist for a couple years and I’ve saved over a thousand songs, and for some reason TH-cam feels the need to not delete but unsave songs that I added to the playlist. And I don’t remember their names or who they’re by or what they sound like but I can only grasp the idea of the song so it’s impossible to find them again when I hardly remember anything about them, I only remember this one songs album cover from Apple Music but I can’t find it there either because stupid apple doesn’t have listening/watch history
I lost ALL my playlists couple of weeks ago... Watch Later List, Subscriptions, etc. All that remains is my landing page with all my uploaded vids intact. Odd thing is there's an invite on the top right corner where my profile image used to sit, (now a letter on a circle), prompting me to create a channel. What happened? I wrote to Feedback, no acknowledgement by human or bot. Grateful if anyone with solution can share.
UPDATE: About a day or so after posting here my channel has returned to normal. No notification by TH-cam, human or bot. No idea what triggered the loss of lists, etc. Hope better luck for all having similar disruptions on TH-cam.
Theres a link to the backup tool in the description so you can get a full copy of your videos. But there's no recovery tool to upload them back into a TH-cam playlist if thwts what you mean. At least not yet. But it seems like an easily enough tool to create if someone has the knowledge.
I had a link to my playlist elsewhere so now I know It just doesn't exist anymore at all, I didn't delete It and It was public too, It ain't even a graphic bug anymore since the link doesn't work anymore and that is killing me, It's one I held dear for years...

Why and how is the quality of youtube falling apart. I subscribed to many different and unique channels, but becauae i am now unsubscribed i can't find them. To youtube making to were you could see yesterday's videos for a while, to missing playlist. How is youtube (f-word) messing up this bad. I think its time that we actually start looking for new website for information and entertainment.
TH-cam optimises for nothing other than money. They own the entire space and have no competition so they know they don't have to optimise the user experience to keep people coming back. Every time a competitor pops up they buy it or kill it. Rumble is the only one standing and it's terrible for the most part. The content selection is exceptionally limited.
@@JASHIKO_ There should really be a law, for how people can treat content creators. The content needs to belong to the creators and TH-cam is basically a "hosting platform akin to Amazon cloud." Perhaps we need to have a service where uploaders themselves, choose where Videos get hosted to... and have a website just display them. This way, if a website goes corrupt, then a new one can pop up to take over. It is actually a pretty good idea! Creators own their content and not the platform!

With the current capitalist system though I really can't see anything changing. Rumble seems to be the only thing that' s trying to be different but it's the wild west for other reasons. If you are lucky they might come back! There is a really really bad bug with playlists happening. For the last year almost.. Hopefully they return!

They are gone sadly.
It gave me an error due to the playlist not being public, but after changing it to public it continues to give me the same error.
There is an explanation on the page for that error. I think youtube has changed something and semi broke the tool.

From a security standpoint, what is this website’s background? I’m hesitant to use lesser-know 3rd party platforms, but this is very attractive

They dte technically superior to me. When they hide lists or delete them I fo mot understand how to find them again. Nothing works right. 😕
A LONG screenshot captures the essense. AI will do the rest when I get to it. All the data's there except the "hidden" videos that youtube censored.
The playlist bugs have been getting so much worse lately. It used to only be basic ones but pretty much any list of videos gets messed up now...
