- Detailed Review and Install guide for the APEX 1.0 Power Steering Cooler, a cooler made for JEEPS! This cooler fits JKs, JLs, and JTs, and is a great solution for the intermittent power steering failure found on the new wranglers and gladiators. If you have oversized tires, love to wheel, drive in high heat conditions, or are having power steering problems with your Jeep, this mod may be one to take look at!

CORRECTION - If you have stock fenders, they do NOT need to be removed. The stock inner fender liner will allow access to the low pressure line, but my aftermarket inner fender liners would not.
Fitment:
This cooler is universal, but is specifically compatible with the wrangler JKs and JLs (2007 - current) and the new Jeep Gladiator JTs.

That is a clean install. I have a trans cooler but do you have an opinion on an oil cooler, like the Mishimoto? These engines run hot and hotter in the desert so would be nice to cool the oil by 10* or so.

No I was not. I just had the opportunity to do a video about this and thought it would be a sweet mod. Tbh, I haven’t really taken this jeep wheeling yet, so It hasn’t had an opportunity to have problems😂
