I agree with you on all these points! I also have a mini and iPad Pro. I actually upgraded from the iPad Air to the iPad Pro last year because I wanted a bigger screen, but the funny part now is I actually reach for my mini more now that I have it 🤭

I have iPad mini 6 and 12.9 iPad Pro also . I love them both for separate reasons the mini feels like a larger phone and kindle I have cellular and I use it as a phone . iPad Pro is great I use year for work .. the two sizes are great small for reading lightweight one hand . And larger for laptop replacement faster more space for me . And portable . Thanks for sharing enjoy your new tech ..

For planning I have used both the mini and the iPad Pro 11”. I actually use the split screen to drag over items with GoodNotes opened on both screens. Therefore, it is more comfortable planning on the iPad Pro 11”. But the mini has a sweet spot in my heart for taking with me on the go. I use the mini to access my planner. I will never go back to creating my monthly planning on the mini. Great video!

great video! i just bought an iPad mini (tax free holiday and saving those $35 was helpful!) because while i like using my iPad pro, i hate carrying it with me out of the house. I'm thinking of setting it up just like this, no distractions, only have the most necessary apps on the mini. Thanks!

Nice video. I love love love the 12.9 inch and use it for everything except reading. It's very awkward to try to read on that so I bought the mini for reading. I do a lot of reading so that's literally all my mini is for. I tried to use it to write on but it's too small for me. However it is the perfect size to take everywhere with me so I can have my kindle app ready and waiting to read anytime.

Very helpful comparision. I have the mini and the iPad Air and I also prefer my mini for planning. I'm not a goodnotes fan though so searching for a good digital planner that does not use Goodnotes but I'll find what works eventually.

You can use any pdf digital planner in any pdf annotation app! And that’s likely 100% of the digital planners out there!
