Alfatron IPCONTROLLER
The ALF-IPCONTROLLER is a PTZ camera network joystick controller which can be used to control multiple PTZ cameras.
Cameras can be controlled in four dimensions: Up, Down, Left and Right as well as Tele and Wide zoom.

We have a Sony SRG-X400 PTZ. We have an Alfatron IP Controller. Everything worked fine after programming for a year. Then we purchased an Alfatron PTZ cam. When trying to program the new Alfatron cam, we experienced a failure with the Sony cam. This occurs when we have the Sony selected, switch to the Alfatron (which works) and then switch back to the Sony: the controller freezes. We can get it to work again (with the same sequence of events) by rebooting the controller. Any ideas?

I did everything the same way but i keep getting connect error.

Hi the technician says there are links below but I don't see any. I need to see how to setup the cameras on the network and onto the controller.
