I would be interested in using a Pan head with an SLR. Do you guys sell anything like this that works with a PTZ controller?
I just bought a BT-1008w joystick-keyboard-5inch image (I wanted to save not having to run an extra screen. My camera, a CCTV PTZ IP IR camera was recognised but for ptz control it would only accept Onvif port settings (the other settings would show the image but wouldn't control the image. presets work with 3 button sequential press, immediately, but the image on the monitor lags. I wonder if I had a PTZOptics camera whether it would work quicker?
Hello, unfortunately we don't carry the keyboard you've referred to here, so we aren't overly familiar with it. But we can recommend a good number of PTZOptics keyboards that might fit your workflow.
Hi, I have 3 Panasonic hHE-W20 controlled by a Panasonic RP120. There is a AW150 on order but I’d like it to be controlled separately if possible. What controller do you recommend for just that camera?
The RP120 would be setup as a backup co troller for it just in case we only have 1 volunteer.

Hello my name is Bernard,
I have the S3 PTZ controller and i am having a bit of an issue i am looking to fix if possible you are able to help me solve. It has been working just fine for the last 1 year now and i like the quality but now i am noticing that for some reason it sometimes disconnects from the IP and the screen turns black and i cannot control the camera during a live stream. When that happens i am still able to see the camera in my preview monitor but not on the PTZ controller. I usually have to wait til the controller connects back to the IP automatically or i do a search of the IP and connect to it again but then after a while it disconnects again. I don't know why it's doint this or what's causing the controller to do this. Could it be a controller issue or PTZ camera issue? I'm not sure. Your help would be much appreciated in me fixing this issue please if possible.
