Susannah can I ask a question? Do you work full time? I used to be able to maintain my weight loss when I worked 30 hours per week. I was able to fit in study and exercise class of 1.5 hours 4 times a week. Now, I only seem to be able to fit in a small amount of exercise - 45 minutes, now sitting most of the day and with travelling 1 hr 10 home on an evening? My boss won’t let me come into work at 10 am on flexi even though other departments are allowed to! I have had to cut my exercise in half and am having to study late at night and struggling to fit everything into my day! I suppose the key is to work closer to home so it’s less travelling?
Renu Choudhary Yes it really helps but you have to stay patient, workout consistently, 3 times a week and eat a healthy and balanced diet!!! Keep it going and keep me posted. You can do it!!!
If you had no complications during recovery and have completed 6 months after your C section, go ahead. I had 3 C sections and do a lot if these, its quite fine!
