That was a beautiful Christmas I don't have family to spend Christmas with I cried at the end of the video watching everybody in the living room together singing what a beautiful family
i cried as well, have good day.
Ya, a lot of us crave connection
Even if some of us were hurt physically by some of our family I miss seeing my cousins even after they were physically a****** it's hard it is also hard cause we lost our grandmother 3 years ago..... And Christmas was her favorite holiday.
Next Christmas remember you are not alone, there are a lot of people like you, like a big family virtually united, bless you
The entire family singing about Christ on Christmas morning... beautiful!!! 😍
Is Bella back home? Can’t wait for the video of her back home! 🙏🏼🫶 praying for Bella. ❤❤❤❤
She will be back on Wednesday.
So Bella's back home 🏡 ❤ today now, Wednesday? I hope & 🙏 pray so.
Yes ❤
For me Christmas has become extremely hard. Three years ago my Mum passed away from stage four cancer tbe day after Christmas day. Then 13 months later I found my Dad after he unexpectedly but peacefully. They were my good friends as well as my parents.
Sorry dear
My parents went unexpectedly. My condolences to you!
❤May God comfort you.
I'm SO sorry 😢. I don't know what to say but I understand when your Parents are your (best) friends. We lost our Dad recently and feel lost without him. It's hard to continue, it really is. Thinking of you, love and strength
Thank you all for your kind words. I am sorry for the loss of your loved ones as well. Sending hugs to you all.
I haven't seen one family member in 21 years. I always felt that my friends ARE my family. I don't feel I'm missing anything.
I totally agree. I lost my Mum to cancer the day after Christmas three years ago and Dad 13 months later in his sleep. They were my only family except my sister who lives on the other side of the world but that is a whole other sad story. My best friend of 35 years and her husbands extended family have become my family. They have helped me through this difficult time.
@@amyrivers4093can we become friends? U need some one to talk to even if its online.
Those blinking flirty eyes at the end from Anthony to the editor cracked me up. LOL
You and your children are so lovely. I can’t believe how incredibly lucky you all are to have each other.❤❤❤
Melt my heart!!! When Anthony said : "excited to see my Uncle George!"❤❤❤❤❤❤
That’s the one that’s going to take care of his dad when he’s old! Anthony has been the one who has been there to see it all and he’s absorbed it 🙏🏼💫 Girls are close to their dads, too!
Im loving that no one is noticing skin color. The kids are being kids. Just kids experiencing childhood. Something so innocent and precious. Something that so few kids are allowed to experience today. It FEELS like Christmas just watching this. A wonderful family gathering the way it used to be. These traditions are the most important part of a childhood. This is how wonderful adults are made. It all comes from the traditions that we experience as children.
They notice it, they just don't care (unless they're trying to draw a picture or something where it matters). Which is how kids normally act unless someone teaches them otherwise.
Wish there were more people like you. I think your children will be like you. Much love from Canada
I love how sweet everyone was with each other, even though they didn’t know each other very well, and how sweet your brothers and nephew were to your children.
Your children are so beautiful..theyve really grown into such joyful people...
I love that you got to share Christmas with your family after so many years. I know wxactly how special that is. I mist tell you that I love your parenting. You are so loving, respectful and open with your children. Blessings to you and all of your beautiful family.
Oh Thank-you Peter for sharing such a wonderful family celebration ❣❣
The crew is so well behaved ❤ Beautiful gathering❤ So many ppl would love to have that year round! Luke and Isabella are so special! Anthony is so flexible, as long as he’s near his dad ❤
I'm Trinidadian and Puerto Rican and grew up eating very similar foods with different names. My foster and adoptive kiddos love trying foods that I ate growing up. It makes them excited to be able to share that with me as I'm sure your kids feel with you.
11:18 child after my heart! He’s gonna eat it all. ❤
I’m an African mamma in diaspora too and I love when our children appreciate our food.
Thank you Anthony. Peter, God bless you and your beautiful family!
When George started playing the piano I started crying. It was such a wonderful family experience together. May God bless each of you.
FAMILY is what and where you make it, and it is EVERYTHING.
Please post recipes! Plantains, chicken, all of it. Read most of the comments, agree with them. Great family, great parent, great examples, wonderful FAMILY holiday. Beautiful 🥰
Zac, you really blossomed as you became an adult and a jack of all trades. You & Whitney make it look so easy and pretty.
Most lovely singing. Hello to the whole family 🌹
That was really nice Peter, very special. Thank you for sharing.❤😋❤️
These memories are priceless. Enjoy.
Such a heartwarming video. Love how the kids danced, ate and watched together. Cute how Isabella eagerly raised her hand for chapati. It is good that they are growing up learning how to appreciate your African culture, Peter. Laughed hard reading The Editor's funny notes for Anthony. The family singing/gathering together at the end was just perfect. Thank you for sharing!🎉
This whole family warms my heart. 🫠
What a beautiful Christmas. God bless you all and the piano player. Amazing.

That was a beautiful Christmas Peter with your family and see the kids meet their cousins enjoying themselves , btw Isabella is the sweetest kindest little girl . Also EXCELLENT dance moves from everyone and specifically talking to Anthony who is shy ! Dude you're for sure awesome dont hide it. If an African man teaches you to dance you are already winning 😄❤

That was truly special, thank you for sharing 💝
Merry Christmas 😊
The editors NOTE to Anthony !! 😂😂😂😂… hands down FUNNIEST PART! lol🤣🤣🤣
This video really took me back through the decades - to the 1970s! My college boyfriend was a student from Cameroon, and how he could cook! I was so impressed, because most American guys at that time didn't know how to cook except maybe eggs or something simple. But my boyfriend loved to cook and would make a stew with chicken and peanuts, fried plantains (your part of the video made my mouth water - havent had any in so long) and he taught me how to make "fufu" to use like a scoop for the stew. So wonderful! Looks like you all had a wonderful Christmas, and I am so happy you got to see your brother. I have to tell you that I am so fond of your Anthony. He seems like such a wonderfully nice and helpful young man. I am sure he is a big help with the little ones. And I am waiting and praying for Bella to come back to you all. God bless!
Such a beautiful video thank you for sharing.
Such a precious family
Youre spreading so much love ❤
Christmas stress aabaaaargh. Services , nativities, youth group meal out, school assemblies, care home services. At 2pm on Christmas day I finally finish work
I have lived away from my family for the past 44 years. In that time, I have only been home twice for Christmas. One of those times was to bury my sixty year old mother who was visiting me at the time. You are doing well to share your family with your children. They will later realize the richness of their new heritage. God bless you for teaching your children the real meaning of Christmas! Looking forward to next year! 😊
What a beautiful gathering together! All the food looks so delicious!!
It seems like the children had a fun time.😂😂
Anthony playing the piano and dancing 😍😍😍
Here in Brazil we also focus more on food 😝 and, at least in my family, we only worry with presents for the little ones too.
Growing up neglected, I had one role model, one person I knew would show me love. I call him uncle now, and people go "Huh", since my skin is as pale as Europe gets, and his is about as dark as can be. What they can't see are my memories of hearing:
Well, done! I'm so proud of you!
Thanks, Uncle.
So enjoyed this. Makes me miss holidays in my Polish families home. Lots of music food and traditions.
Aaw, loved this family Christmas vlog. Peter, is this your foster/adoptive family that took you in when you were in Uganda?
I WANT TO TRY EVERYTHING YOUR BROTHER COOKED. 🙏❤️😇
Very cool! Blessings.

13:15 he's munching on that chicken 😂🤣😂 it looks bussin' 😂🤷🏼♀️😆
I'm glad u got to spend time with your family, I always love get together with my family, even tho both my parents is gone for many yrs I have 4 sisters 1 brother and all the children and grandchildren, nothing like it.
I've had those "Fried Bananas" and they are sooo delicious. However, I've moved to a new state and I haven't been able to find the particular "bananas" you cook those with. I'll just have to look harder at different grocery stores.
plaintains...try Asian or West Indian or African grocery stores
It's plantains. Different than the bananas you eat raw. These you have to cook them froed, boiled, bakes or grilled
They have them in the freezer section Goya brand too
@@africaine4889 Thank you, I had a senior moment and didn't even think to google .it. It sucks getting old.
Plantains can also be found in most Hispanic grocery stores if you have any of those nearby. 😊
That was beautiful ❤
@16;13--- that painting on the wall of the world.... Is bad ass! I really like it
God bless man ❤
Gosh that’s so special!!
I enjoyed seeing some of your family. Not knowing your background quite yet, are any of the brothers bio? Are the girls nieces?
Take it away Bella!!😂😂🎉
Nice video. :)
Thank you❣️🫶😢
❤❤❤❤❤ filled my heart.
15:02 The foam Atlanta Braves axe! Man, that brought back some childhood memories! When my dad and his friends went to their games when I was growing up, they always brought back those for my siblings and I. We’d fight each other with them until they fell apart!
Made my heart so happy for you all ♥️
Thank you sharing your wonderful family. Everyone looks so happy. Praying for our Lord to bless all of you.
4:58 ... Extra counter space! Great idea!
Happy memories made... 😊
Awe reminds me of the new year family gatherings we had back in the 70s but with traditional scottish music
