Peter I just got off phone with Mr Fitzgerald of Fire Dept. I told him what happened with no fire inspection report of losing license & your sweet baby! He is looking into that NOW! I also said that she shouldnt lose her siblings & the only family she knows bevause of 1 piece of paper. I will stay on top of this. YOUR VILLAGE LOVES YOU & YOUR FAMILY!

Sadly they send these kids back to horrible situations all the time. I cared for a young baby whose mother was a meth addict. She would not feed him regularly, supervise or care for the infant. She had numerous CPS complaints after he was bitten by rats as a newborn. They sent him back to her at 18 months without any proof of change on her part. The cops or child protective services could care less sadly. The cops even sent him back without a car seat. It’s unbelievably frustrating and heartbreaking.

If only they cared! They don’t care. You would think the Social Worker has some form of pull to ensure the child doesn’t have to be uprooted. Especially, over another government agency. This is totally unnecessary trauma on the little one and her older siblings. 😔

You are absolutely on spot.. Plus it is on cost of the soul of this young child. Not to mention her brother and sister.. All prof. psychologists know: this is the damage you want to avoid in first place - . The three siblings - in my opinion from another country - on this matter is: There is no other evidence for the well being of this child Bella: She has to stay in the family - in her care home - together with her siblings! Other decision is irresponsable. Anything else as far as I can see, causes unnesseccary drama! Peter should stop this by urgent court desicion. It is obvious: seperation will damage Bella. Hope Peter does not accept this. He has a good chance getting Bella back home!
Because the desicion was not made in favour of the child. It was made in the interesst of burocracy. BUT the childs interesst comes first !!!
Also in my country Germany. There is no evidence why Bella should go through this. What looks wrong, short sided missguided order - is exactly so. This child in her best interesst has to stay where she is now!
Please consider a lawyer Peter and stop the damage to Bellas soul!
I am sure, this can be overthrown by evidence from your local court.
Foster care should be about avoiding damage/drama! Here is the way. Please consider a lawyer Peter! Bella has to stay where she feels home and safe! Adress mistake - to late - not relevant anymore -. Argument : Avoid trauma for Bella in her best interesst. A missing paper - does not justify taking a small child away from her siblings and care father family! The desicion based on burocracy reasons should be overthrown and stopped - immediately!
      All best wishes ❤

He's been trying to get them out to do the inspection for 4 weeks now. They know what it is for!! Then they set up a date to come out and they did not show up or call! He called them asking if they are coming to do the inspection. That's when he was told by them that his address in not in their district!! This is unacceptable behavior from the fire department!! Their lack of caring is disgusting and has caused trauma to these children and disrupted that whole house hold do NO GOOD reason!! My husband is a detective in Los Angeles.. he himself has had to find a foster child who the system had lost.. literally stated
“ya we don’t know where we placed them..” (just one example, happens often)
but you simply lapsed on a piece of paper?! Insane!!
The cps system needs to be held accountable and a complete overhaul .. they literally place children in danger & cause emotional trauma after removing from wonderful, safe, loving homes time and time again… then we hear about it on the news.
🙏🏻 this gets cleared up quickly for your family.. especially this precious little girl ❤

That's the system... It's insane. We had grandkids, and "dealt" with two different counties -
Or, more accurately - they'd call US when they needed something, and ignored us anytime we had questions, or needed permission to travel, get special permission for after are since (was my husbands granddaughter) had a heart condition (so we didn't for 2.5 years, and she couldn't go to after school care for 2 hours, so we had to cut out work days short and ultimately our storefront closed...)
The system is so broken, and they don't support the foster parents or families who take the kids in. I love that Peter is real about it, but honestly it's a nightmare with all the red tape - they don't care about the kids, or their mental health at the end of the day - it's about the paperwork.

They are lazy. My brother-in-law works for the fire department and they have gotten too used to just hanging out all day, cooking meals and working out. The Boston Globe did a piece on this several years ago, stating that due to advances in fire suppression, fires have dropped by over 90% over the last several decades and that there really isn't a need for a paid fire dept. So instead, they have moved in on the EMS depts territory and are taking over their jobs and responding to car accidents, injuries, etc.

@@terirobinson3616 Exactly. And the kicker too is the fact that the get to retire as long as they've given 25 years. Many retire at age 50 and then get a nice pension to live out the next several decades on the tax payers dime. But, we can't question any of that because they are part of the "hero" club and deserve our worship. I joke about this with my brother-in-law all the time and he readily admits that if people really knew the truth of how much waste goes on with spending for fire depts., there would be no more paid fire depts. At a minimum, we wouldn't be supporting their inflated pensions.

Then when i turned 18 i was put out on the streets with no aid, no family and no idea what to do, and i wasnt able to keep anything that was given to me except the clothes on my back. Im absolutely broken over this. These experiences this child is going through is something these children will never outgrow. You sir are someone we need more of in this world believe me.
