That’s a great question, Suzzanne. Sometimes “handling” means ignoring. This may mean you have to choose to block out the negativity and keep doing you, regardless of comments. If you have to do something radical to protect your body, do it, regardless of the naysayers. Stick to your conviction and free yourself to choose you.

Keeping food simple ruined my motivation for Veganism, because a lot of plant based foods are BORING. It wasn't until I started to amp up flavors and recipes that I enjoyed more food.
Hey! I totally get you. Keeping it simple doesn’t mean keeping it bland. The point I’m making is that plant based meals don’t have to be gourmet meals to be tasty and nutritious. Please flavor your food and make it enjoyable for you 😊
