Unfortunately it seems the EU model doesn't support cold smoking. No idea why they would do this
I just got my woodfire grill, and watching utube videos for different recipes. This is a fantastic machine that does just about everything.
Oh wow, I didn't know you can cold smoke with the Ninja.. you just taught me something new
You don’t worry about the chicken sitting out for two hours without any heat? 🤔
I do love your videos but this one concerns me a bit!
How can it be safe to keep uncooked chicken out on a grill for two hours?
Wow they seasoning charcoal and pellets now? The BBQ Kingdom is real 😂
Thanks Doug! Gonna show this to my husband. We got our wood fire grill on the weekend and we’ve already had some restaurant quality steaks cooked on it!! Best steak we’ve ever ate at home. 😋🥩 I just know my husband would love to do this recipe and experiment with the little known cold smoke, especially as a certain fried chicken brand has now become soo expensive over here. Take care of yourself Doug and thanks for all of your videos. Love from UK 🇬🇧 ❤❤😁
Wow.. I had no idea! I can't wait for my grill to arrive. I'm so glad I found your channel to learn tips, tricks and find recipes! 🍺🍺
DAMMIT DOUG! I have tried so hard NOT to but this…… stop changing my mind! 😂😂😂
Interesting, thanks. Maybe cold smoked salmon could be a go ?
Dang Doug that’s some good flavor! Cooks keep getting better and better! Cheers 🍻
Got a Ninja, gotta try cold smoking. Thanks
Hey Doug, I have just started a NINJA WOODFIRE, a group about Woodfire cooking, and I had to share your video. I am curious to know if all of the models in the UK have the CLD function or if all the US models have it, but it would be nice to think that most would. If you have any info on which models do in the US and UK and which don't, it would be much appreciate. Steve
That's awesome of you, being that I'm from the states I'm unaware of what your woodfire has or hasn't but to check if your machine has smoke all you have to do is put on smoker and keep pressing to lower the temp until uou see cold smoke on screen
Anytime Doug. 😁Woodfire Shenanigans. Looks delicious 😋
1st💕💕 Thanks for the tip 🙌🏾
Looks delicious
Awh, this is nice
Is used with electrity
I'm going to have to try this! I have used my WFG to cold-smoke Atlantic salmon with skin on that I cured using salt/pepper/dill (aka Nova Lox).
Thanks man just got a Ninja XL and I'm checking out all the Ninja TH-camrs 😎 👀 for ideas on how to use it, I'll definitely try your method 👍
I love the garlic onion paprika pellets too. Have you tried mixing pellets? Thinking about mixing them with charcoal or hickory.
I did cold smoke for 30 min and then 20/30 smoke at 275 for country ribs. fantastic
You sirrr are the real MVP... Finally fried chicken....Thank you...
This looks amazing! I'm going to try it. Thanks for this video! My cousin cold smoked blocks of cream cheese with plum pellets.
Hi what model grill is this? We have one but is slightly different and doesn’t have a cold smoke option on it
Thanks
good job buddy.
Thanks for the heads up on cold smoking you are right now one has spoke on it. I didn't even know about.
Love the tips on cold smoking,,,definitely gonna try it,,,thanks again !!! You the man.
How many cups of pellets did you use during the 2 hour cold smoke session?
I learn something new everyday. Thanks so much
How long and what temp did you do the fries?
Thanks Doug this was very helpful
The ninja in the UK doesn't have this function 😢
Oh lame! That’s what I came to find out
Annoying. I wonder if we can use Dehydrate mode with the smoker on 40 deg C for some things
Mine does
Hell! And you're not even in the EU anymore. Would have thought it's because of another silly EU restriction 😂
Why did you add the word “kernel” to the title? Please tell me. I need to know. PLEASE tell me you didn’t mean to write “colonel”
The box @6:13
Thanks for cold smoke tip. The worlds best fish is Alaska smoked salmon but I could not figure how to do cold smoke. I have a relative who used to bring it back from Alaska to Chicago for me. I will fo this in fall when cool.
Forgot, they use alder wood.
Can I use it on air crisp in the indoor kitchen?
Try it and let me know LOL (I figured I'd respond silly)
@@COOKINGWITHDOUG I have the uk model and it has air fry instead of air crisp. Will try and let you know.
That’s “gonna be me man”. 🥘♥️
Can you smoke cheese on cold smoke?
Course...yes
SO DOES IT REALLY TASTE LIKE SMOKE
YES LIKE I SAID IN THE V I D E O ....thanks
man I'm gonna have to try this
Thanks Doug, these videos help me a lot.
Interesting, will need to try this out
You always make me hungry
Oh my lort, I’ve already added this flour to my grocery list. Did u spray the fries in anything and what did u do turn; turn fries to air crisp also. How long? Thanks!
Do fries like a kitchen air fryer no oil, rotate halfway 10-12min
The Wifeager & I love using smoked mozz to make bruschetta. Maybe I’ll smoke my own or further smoke the smoked mozz.
Man that grill is awesome. My wife would kill me if I buy one 😅
Just make sure you cook something good in it! She will forgive you!
WOW! Looks delicious!😋😋😋😋
Mouth watering😅
I can taste the goodness!
YES
That looks delicious
Looks good 😋😋😋
#replay
Awesome Job 💯👍
I want one
You need to see if you can cold smoke some cheese!
That's the easiest thing to cold smoke, this machine can easily do that I wanted a harder test
Looks great, I going to look into one of those
