    Realized at 50 yrs old now, I've been practicing yoga my whole life without even knowing it. Now I can finally understand what I was doing naturally based on Gravity, Feel, and Pressure. Cool.

    A few years ago I got a very bad pain in my lower back, due to work stress. I firced myself to go to yoga class and the pain disappeared after I did this asana. I love yoga as it provides physical mental and spiritual healing🙏

      It's not yoga it's yogasan. And please the word is YOG Not YOGA. Don't mind im just giving correct info. There's huge difference Between YOG And YOGASAN.

      Namaste, Weight gain or loss depends on a lot of things along with asanas. Juts by doing this you will not lose weight

      Empty stomach in the morning or evening by keeping 2-3 hours gap between practice and meal
