Two weeks ago hubby was diagnosed with T2D I love these ideas, thank you as always, your amazing & may I say I’ve been saying for years do people really know why they need so much “stuff” it’s just a want not a need most of the time, the world has become a throw away society, I can’t even hand down great quality goods such a shame.
I've been the most minimalist over the pandemic like for real. I realized there's a lot of things I can do without. EXCEPT FOR FOOD. Sigh. I love that smoothie though I blend in some rolled oats too. Very filling and delicious!

Ito talaga gusto kong diet, dahil mabilis lang to kahit wala exercise talagang nakaka payat lalo pag sinabayan ng fasting! Problema lang kasi mahal ng mga dapat kainin. Kaya nag fasting nalang ako lol 😂
Pancakes!!!! 😋 I always make oatmeal pancakes. Just egg and a teaspoon of peanut butter. No sugar. And sometimes when I feel "tamad" 😂 I just eat rolled oats. I just add half water and half milk and a teaspoon of peanut butter. 😋
Thanks for sharing your ideas. I was wondering if you have meal preps with the same set of ingredients cooked in different ways. I like to buy the same set of ingredients in a week,, in order not to waste food and also to be efficient with my time. If you’re busy, live alone, and cook for yourself, it’s sometimes challenging to use up all the ingredients you bought and keep them fresh for a long period. I hate to throw food away, but I end up doing so. If I can cook a few easy dishes with the same set of ingredients , have them prepared in a day, and store them in the fridge, that would the ideal scenario.
This is so inspiring for 2021. It feels like nothing changed yet since the start of the year but now I am thinking maybe I could start making changes by first paying attention on having healthy, good breakfast 🧡

This is what i miss abroad, fruits and vegetables are so organic and cheap. OMG i went to local market and leading supermarkets and boy! vegetables are so tiny and expensive.
I love all these recipes Erwan! Im literally doing the full prep of my breakfast for 2 wks. My only struggle is i start my day unsually, midday is my usual breakfast. As i start working at 12pm and ends my day arnd 10pm. Is there anything I need to change to keep up with my meals while trying to lose weight? I need your professional opinion plssss.
It takes a lot of discipline to be fit and control yourself from eating that much...but with these recipes i guess ull never feel ur on a diet bec.they look delicious. Im sure that taste delicious too😋😋😋
Just gonna leave this here for people who want a diet food item. Popcorn is great for dieting because it is low in calories but very filling. I buy plain popcorn in bulk from the market and it lasts a very long time. I've also bought an oil-free popcorn machine from lazada so I could save a few more calories from oil, it's a good investment. It is literally dirt cheap diet food that you can season any way you want.
Yo my mans, clip the lapel mic on your shirt as opposed to your apron. It keeps sliding on the cloth and its making that scratchy sound at 9:04. Beautiful content though will try most of these soon.

I used to eat protein pancakes everyday (ngayon sawa na ako). Greek yogurt is the best alternative for cottage cheese. Applesauce, mashed bananas or boiled sweet potatoes also work
I have a question? Can calamansi juice make the fish tuna hard? I marinated in few days and cook it in 3 minuites in low heat gas stove. When we eat it I was wondering the meat is chewy like red meat.
