  • Here's a find! This one had been flying under my radar and perhaps eclipsed by other Lionsteel models. Integral G10 handle! A stout, strong lockback, perfectly realized, and a great bargain for the result! Check it out!

The Tm1 has been on my wishlist for quite a while. It's really one of a kind with a convex edge a lock back and and Integral milled handle. I'm just not very good at sharpening convex edges

    Super nice Lionsteel! 👍🔥🗡️
Maserin is another Maniago knifemaker that makes some very nice blades.
    Viper too!

I've had one of these for probably 3 years... it's an interesting knife. It's actually an integral micarta handle without liners, so most of the weight is in the blade. I see you figured out you can almost flick it open - it just takes a little wrist action to help it out. And you were correct - it's a flat ground blade. Unfortunately, Italian knives tend to be a bit pricey but I am a fan of their designs.
Just FYI, Mangiano is the knifemaking center of Italy - Molletta is Lionsteel's in-house designer.

I've been eying this one up for quite some time. I think it would make a great outdoors type work horse.

I'm not a lockback fan, but this is a nice looking knife. Would make a good back-up to a fixed blade. Not sure about sleipner steel though.

That is a beauty, great blade shape, lock looks solid, ambi clip, definitely a consideration for a lefty like me.
Thanks for showing it as well as the others.

It looks like it's an acquired taste back lock thumb opener strange-looking glass breaker and by the looks of it very very pricey suspected it's very pricey because you didn't mention the price so it must be just for collectors

I like the design. I like lock back knives. I have zero experience with Sleipner. My understanding is its more or less a improved D2. So I am wondering if its really worth the asking price?

Seems like Williams knives is using Sleipner quite a bit on their production blades, as well

And those Williams Blade Design knives in question are made by Lionsteel.
