Rosemary-Thyme Chicken Wings with Avocado Rice and Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower 1. **Marinate** the chicken wings with chopped onions, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor. 2. **Bake** the wings in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 45-50 minutes, or until they're crispy and fully cooked. Optionally, you can finish them under the broiler for a few minutes to get them extra crispy. ### Avocado Rice: 1. **Cook** rice as per the instructions on the package. Once cooked, let it cool slightly. 2. **Mash** an avocado and mix it into the cooked rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice to brighten up the flavors. ### Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower: 1. **Prep** the broccoli and cauliflower by cutting them into bite-sized florets. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of the rosemary and thyme powder. 2. **Roast** in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until they're tender and have some charred edges.

Great meal for £10 - 500g minced beef, 500 gram pasta, 4 cans peeled plum tomatoes, one medium onion, garlic, tomato puree. 10 small red chilli peppers, 1 green pepper, and if you have it at home, 1 large glass of red wine. Fry the beef and onions, add garlic and green pepper, Big pinch of salt,. add chilli peppers, then the wine. Fry it nice and .hot until beef starts to show first signs of browning. Add the 4 cans of tomatoes, and a big splodge of puree, simmer until sauce is consistency of a thin yoghurt. Cook pasta, drain it, throw it in the pan, stir it together for 3 or 4 mins, serve with grated cheese on top. It has far less fat, far more protein, minerals and vitamins, and far more filling..
