  • Leo talks about the modality of coaching to change your life ... and how he merges it with the Zen approach, which is practice at the level of Being. The two approaches work amazingly well to transform your life.

Thanks Leo. Reminds me of of this Truth: It's not what you are doing but how you are Being while you are doing what you are doing that truly matters.

The way I understand the headline of your video is how the Ask Not Tell, coaching approach can become a way of being in life. But still staying open to instructional, controlling and judgemental parts so they don't get stuffed until the shadow.

That's definitely a part of it! The Ask Not Tell coaching approach is one pathway, while the Zen / being part is another pathway, and they can merge really well together.

Thank you Leo. Always enjoy the "everyday" way you present your topics. I would be interested in hearing more about the Zen to Done method and how you make it happen for you.

Thanks Leo for being open about Zen being part of your life/practice and clear about what Zen means to you. Topic ideas: How to approach in an open way people that have negative beliefs / fears relating to a tradition that is different from their own / unknown to them.

Hi Leo. What you are talking about - really interesting - seems to me to be very close to what I juste studied with Robert Dilts in his generative coaching training. So amazing !

Hi Leo, could you speak to: can a habit still be built when you have depression, anxiety and health challenges? Or is often recommended to go down the health rabbit hole first to explore / heal the health stuff first? Thank you! -Ravi
