I am curious how it changed. Are you practicing his written blog posts, or are you inspired and then do decluttering on your own? I mean, in terms of practice, do you prefer following instructions or just being flexible with your own method? Even in blog posts, podcasts, or courses.

Hi Leo, in FLA fearless habits. Sometime in each week, let's say healthy eating course. So in one month there are 4 weeks, and each week the lessons teach that I can build one habit related to that. For example, week one I am choosing to eat fruit for breakfast, week 2 I am choosing to add vegetables to lunch, then week 3 mindful eating, and week 4 cooking a healthy dinner. Is it 4 habits or just part of one habit of healthy eating? Because sometimes I build multiple mini habits to form one habit for a month. And sometimes I am afraid if I do the wrong thing if I am not following the instructions of the lesson in terms of building habits. Because of my past failure of doing it on my own and never working, until I joined FLA and finally I have 6 habits.
Also, in the weekly lesson, I prefer to do one lesson per day. Let's say in one week of lessons, I don't take all four course lessons on Monday. Instead, I do one lesson per day.
Another thing I learned is, let's say I build sleep earlier habits. And after 6 months, I just do it 40% of the days. It makes me feel like it's too many failures.
And about the meditation habit in the morning, I don't want to use music. But too much noise in my house makes me have to use headphones. I hope I can wake up earlier so I can find a quiet space or move to another place someday.
    Thank you.

Hi Sandy, thanks for posting here! Btw, for questions and feedback on FLA courses, please feel free to post in Circle. But commenting here is good too!
To answer your question, it sounds like 4 different habits you're forming, though they're all a part of making your eating healthier. But they're different habits, because you'll have to remember them differently, with different habit triggers.
Regarding sleep ... if you're doing it 40% of the time, I would use that as learning to notice what's getting in the way. It will uncover something for you to learn about this habit. It's ok to fail a lot, if you use it to learn.
Regarding meditation ... what if you allowed yourself to meditate even when it's noisy? Noise doesn't have to be a problem - meditation can be good even if it's not quiet and peaceful. It's about just letting the noises be as they are.
These are good questions and feedback, I might make videos about them! Thank you

@@zenhabitsofficial Thank you so much, Leo, for your time replying to my comment. I appreciate it a lot. After reading that, it took me a week to contemplate, review, reread the lessons, and make adjustments.
I am a bit active on Circle and the Uncertainty Challenge as well. That is a super awesome community, which encourages me to practice and get results. Almost every day for a year, I participate by learning and engaging. Not overstated, but I can say that practicing FLA is my #1 priority in my life this year. And I love your podcast as well. I will start another discussion with community members later, but I have the urge to reply here at least for this one. Sorry for the long message.
It seems I am making a couple of mistakes by thinking that multiple things I do are just part of one habit, and actually, I'm just building multiple habits at once. So here is what I have been doing for the last six months:
      *Maintaining habits*
Habit fundamental: drink a glass of water
Key habit skill: brush teeth before bed
Beautiful morning: Bedtime routine and go to bed 15 minutes earlier, wake up 15 minutes early, read, study, do first MIT, and practice mindfulness
Daily meditation: 7 minutes in the morning
Get active: 30 minutes of morning yoga
Healthy eating: cook and make a meal plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, mindful eating, drink green tea in the afternoon, switch white rice to brown rice, and learn a new recipe every week
      *This month*
Declutter: 10-minute session and cut my schedule.
So, in the last 6 months+, especially in morning routine and healthy eating, I am overdoing my maintenance mode habits. Also, when I start building a habit, like doing 2 habits of decluttering this month. After realizing this, today I made adjustments by cutting down:
      *Maintaining habits*
Habit fundamental: drink a glass of water
Key habit skill: brush teeth before bed
Beautiful morning: go to bed 15 minutes earlier
Daily meditation: 7 minutes in the morning
Get active: 30 minutes of morning yoga
Healthy eating: cook a healthy breakfast
      *This month*
      Declutter: 10-minute session
What do you think about this adjustment? Or should I go back to habit fundamentals and restart from zero to build the first habit again?
Sometimes I have a problem with triggers. Let's say I usually go to the bathroom every day or drink a glass of water after eating. I think those were good triggers because I do them often. But when I use those as triggers, sometimes I procrastinate the trigger to avoid the habit. For example, I plan to brush my teeth after drinking a glass of water post-dinner, and what happens is I just procrastinate drinking the glass of water. Should I continue using this trigger, or should I change the trigger?
And if I change the trigger of my habits that I maintain, let's say I change the trigger of my daily meditation habits I maintain, should I avoid trying to build another new habit that month?
Does changing the trigger just mean an adjustment, or does it mean building a new habit? Because I want to build one new habit per month. But I am confused about whether changing a trigger is just an adjustment or if it makes a new habit.
Another question is about the mindful focus course. Because this is not in the fearless habits section, is it a habit or a challenge? Can I apply this while I work on fearless habits, or should I wait until I am done with fearless habits?
Thanks so much. Again, sorry Leo for too many questions. I will discuss this later on Circle, but I think it is very important for me right now. 🙏
