    I appreciate your suggestion of asking , "what am I going to focus on this week (or today)? " Even in retirement focus can help us do better for the world.

    Knowing my Priorities, Values and Goals helps me stay focused. Would love to hear a talk on the difference between Priorities and Values. I sometimes can't distinguish.

    I find it fascinating that people who have ADD do not get distracted when they get lost in a project and their focus is 100% and remains so throughout the work they are engaged in.

    Do one thing that has to be done that you don't want to do each day...or at least begin work on it. Beginning the task often leads to going ahead and finishing it.

      Interesting question! It's a choice, but it's more of a mental habit that takes practice.
