    I just learned (a utube doctor video) that berries imported from Mexico are sprayed with DDT, a harmful pesticide. The origins of your food are very important. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries are all included in this category. Please be aware of your food origins and stay well, everyone!😃

    Green Tea and Pineapple are both on this list. Mix 1/2 and half Green Tea with Pineapple Juice. This is Plantation Iced Tea which is well known in Hawaii. Matcha Tea can also be made into a Latte.

    Go for matcha instead of plain green tea, it's more potent and pure, and watch out with mint, for it can create a hormone imbalance in men. Lemon is good with green tea, for it inhibits the tea's effect of blocking the absorption of iron, so better mix matcha with some lemon.

      @@elizabethgorsuch3062 Powdered green tea leaves. Like a green dust one makes tea with. I usually mix the dry powder with a bit of honey before pouring hot water on it so that a thick paste results. Way easier to get matcha completely dissolved in the hot water by way of mixing it with honey instead of having to use a traditional bamboo matcha brush.

    I drink green tea with a little added milk no sugars every single day for the last 5 years as a normal tea and feel good, but I am developing new facial wrinkles around my eyes and I can see that I am still lacking in collagen as I can see my age process I can say unbearable, which is so petty 😢 also I like milk tea with the fresh tumeric, but as I said ages unbearable, but I never try aloe Vera , I must try and avocado and pineapple sound is very impressive

    Question... What would pare with aloe vera... Fruit smoothies maybe... Or almond milk... Aloe vera juice is kind of slimy to me..... Suggestions???

      I would suggest combining the berry collagen smoothie with the aloe vera juice. The collagen supplement powder may absorb some of the sliminess. Also if you're not a fan of the aloe taste then the berries will help with that. If you add crushed ice that may also help.

      You can make smoothies with any liquid but water. I freeze my fruit. For 1 cup
      I cup fruit frozen
      2 tbsp yogurt
      I Cup fruit juice
      1/2 of a bananna
      optional flaxseed or chia seeds
      Blend until smooth
      Fruit Ices
      Any fruit of your choice
      1 cup ice
      1/2 cucumber
      1/2 cup water
      2tbsp aloe vera gel
      Optional- mint leaves
      Blend and enjoy

      Take 1 cup milk, whatever kind you like, give it a boil, add 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder, pinch of black pepper and let it simmer for few seconds. Drink hot or warm. Enjoy.

      Milk, 1/2 teasp turmeric, ginger if you like, dash black pepper, honey if u want ot sweetened. Warm milk, boil turmeric and black pepper. Ginger in it. Powdered or freshly grateful 1/4 inch ginger

      Chia seeds are kind of like eating raspberries when you soak Chia seeds they form jelly when you soak them I prefer ground chia seed when you soak it it turns more like a pudding and if you add the Chia to blended fruit it turns into almost like 👍👍👍👍👍
