This information sounds very good. However is the all the food that is mention, is safe??? Because a lot of the food that we are told to eat for health problems and vitamins and so forth, not any longer the food that The created made. Find real food is becoming a burden. Myself I am tired of fake food. ( oranges grapes watermelons no seeds bananas no seeds, apples have seeds, but they are not supposed to be able to sit on the countertop for nine months and still look like apples. Tell the people of the best real fruits and vegetables toeat for good health.
