- The muscle car recipe is a simple one: Lots of power! Handling? …optional, and above all keep it affordable.
This gave us quite a lot of same-same cars, but among those, a few did stand out.
Hey guys I’m Stype and this is the Top 7 Most Radical Muscle Cars ever made.

Perfectly timed edits of humor allowing the smile to stay plastered on your face, and a combination of perfect choices of cars for the RADICAL list. BRILLIANT!
I'm glad you liked it Lou
When the plaster falls off the wall faster than the pemberton mill can fall you have real displacement and a very real tradgedy....
I got a hunch that that Ford Mustang GTD is going to be the next main character car in a future Need for Speed Most Wanted game.
"too fast for drag racing" more like "not qualified to compete due to regulations which everyone else follow"

When The Demon first came out i fell in love with it. It was a supercar and ev slayer with half the money. The first car ever to pop a wheelie stock was sure a good feat. It may not be good gas mileage or handling but for the price it was worth it. Every drag race related video on the internet showed the demon crushing it. Some twin turbo ones were eating even Model S plaids. It was truly special for what it was and its probably more rarer and valuable than any hellcat ever. And can't forget about the Supercharger Whine
The Demon is an overhyped one trick pony. ... and TH-cam is littered with videos of them getting waxed by blown coyotes. The Terminators are the OG and to this day no oe dodge has run a 5.88 @ 256mph.... but a John Mihovetz prepped 4.6 4V has.
@@chadkent1241 I respect the terminator but this is my opinion on the demon. I can see different views from different people on this car. But unlike the terminator this car had 3k units which mean It was more available and probably also more advanced than the terminator
@@chadkent1241lol, dumbass Ford guys once again don't understand that you can't compare stock vs modded.
Hey, I know a car that can beat the crap out of your precious 5.8 second quarter by over a second, it's called a top fuel dragster.
The demon is a special car and calling it a one trick pony is so stupid considering it was made for one purpose.
Your ugly ass terminators are a o trick pony. Maybe they terminate brain cells. That would explain mustang guys in general.
It's factory stock. Compare it to other factory stock cars, not built up cars. It meets emissions too, and runs on pump gas, or E85, no special fuel.
@@garyszewc3339 That's one of the reasons I love it. People hate on Hellcats because there heavy and get stolen but once you own one and can afford gas for it. It's a dream muscle car that can go supercars speed of 202 mph.
the viper too is a Honorable mentions
Like em or not, FORD had a knack for screaming MERICA in Europe's face and beating them at their own game. Gotta respect an American company with balls
Stype thanks for keeping us all entertained man
No power no muscle
Look up Bill Cosby’s monologue “200 mph”, where he talks about the Cobra that he bought from Carol Shelby.
no. he’s a serial r@pist
Honestly I like the Daytona more then the superbird
The reasonall Superbirds had vinyl tops, is because the modified the roof, to change the back window. The vinyl top covered the shoddy bodywork the custom shop did. Daytonas didn't have to, because the Charger 500 had the different rear window already.
I’d believe it
That drag times clip of the black Chevelle is a classic.
3:50
The smart ones remembered the original GT40 - and didn't even THINK about laughing after Ford whooped the likes of Ferarri and other Europeans at their own game, LeMans.
And by the way - the GT40 COULD take a corner, despite it's All American Big Muscle.
Fun fact, The Ford Torino racked up more wins than the "winged wonder" from Chrysler.
they could give away those superbirds. some dealers were ripping off the wing and nose cones to sell them
I’m super surprised the 2018 S550 Shelby 1000 even showed up in this video. Insanely underrated that there is not one picture of it with a owner. Or a video of it even moving. It has over 1000 horsepower and weighs 3,800 pounds. It has a Supercharged Voodoo engine specifically designed and modified carefully by shelby for this car. It can achieve a low 9 seconds in the quarter mile. And 0-60 happens in 2.6-2.3 seconds on a prepped surface.
1963 Studebaker Avanti R3
1963 Pontiac Tempest Superduty
Your videos are always appreciated. Thanks for the entertainment!
The way he said 'handling optional' cracked me up 🤣
You way of telling stories about cars and your editing, this makes your channel being my fav among those which talk about cars 🥰
That punchline about Cosby was hilarious 😂
Honestly missed out on a few Aussie muscle cars. The GT-HO Phase lV Falcon could apparently reach 160mph. In the early 1970’s.
True that Aussie car enthusiast
Also something like the XU-1's and A9X's aswell, idk if they could go as quick as the gtho, but the were used for racing soooo...
finally someone who knows about the falcons
It was geared to do 170mph with the 3.0:1 diff.
What about the 73/74 pontiac T/A HD with a 7.5L/455c.i V8&1969 Mustang 7.0L 429Boss (Semi-Hemi)
I love muscle cars
Don't we all
I’m surprised the WS6 Firehawks aren’t in here. Those things were beasts.
"lOok At mE iM a snAkE" got me genuinely cracking up 🤣
This was a really good video. Don't stop Sype!
I like Stype's videos very much. The short videos that he inserts for humor are hilarious
Kinda surprised you didn't include the Buick Special. That car had around 550hp and was produced in 1962. Crazy specs for the time and by a manufacturer that I didn't think made very fast cars lol
I can't find any details about such a car
Personally my day gets a million times better when he uploads
Man GM really took offense to the GTD, now we have a 1000hp corvette straight from the factory and on pump gas
Not gonna lie, this was one of the best videos I’ve seen in years. I loved it!
The super bird in my opinion is the most radical but the challenger is the best
Top notch editing and my type of sense of humour. Subscribed.
the plymouth roadrunner superbird has gotta be one of my all time favourite muscle cars. if you dont know what i mean just look at the wing
horrendous
3:27 dude started roasting for a bit😂
Great video❤
Mustang gtd be like: CARBON FIBA EVERYTHING
Buick gnx be like: YOU DONT KNOW THE POWER OF THE BRICK SIDE
Turbo go brrrrrr
Yes another amazing video from an amazing creator, let’s go 🎉
thats insane facts about the cobra i didnt know. i love v8s and cars in general, but there gets to a point where its not fun anymore - its just scary.
Even worse in Italy around the 80's. Due to TAX reasons.Super car engines where a max of 2 Liter displacement. Ferrari built a Dino 208 GT4. A V-8 with 1991 ccm and 170 hp. While Ferrari have had even more diverse engines like the Colombo engine. A 1497 ccm V-12 in 1945.
The whole "muscle cars can't corner" thing stopped being true in 1965.
thats a reach 😂
I'm a Camaro guy above anything else, but damn this GTD Mustang... I wood...
The Terminator Cobra are one of the most radical muscle cars, alongside my dream car, the 2018 Dodge Demon

Lingenfelter C5 Corvette deserves honorable mention

Happy 60th birthday to the Ford Mustang!

1. Shelby SuperSnake
2. Fairlane Thunderbolt
3. A FUCKEN YENKO CAMARO
There's a Motortrend tv episode between the boss mustang and the camaro. I watched it on TNN back in the 90s.
The Dodge Daytona went 200mph but got outlawed by Nascar not for winning too much, rather it had horrible grip. Still very impressive
I don’t know if it was the first production vehicle to be able to pop a wheelie but I had a 1988 Toyota p/u 4x4 that I could dump the clutch in and it would pull the front tires off the ground. Popping a wheelie as I pulled into the parking lot at my high school every morning was my routine, it always got laughs even from the vice principal.
The 10.0 BOSS is is in the Jack Roush collection in Livonia, I've seen it in person
Not only is the Mustang GTD a modern muscle car for the track but also the racing version of it the Mustang GT3 that has a 5.2L N/A V8 has to be the best sounding naturally aspirated V8 American racecar and also shows true muscle car power on the track
It's not as fast as the guy said it's when i Googled "Mustang GTD nurburgring lap time" the only thing that showed was how fast a Porsche GT2 RS is around a track with 6.41s time. Google your self if you don't believe me
The”look at me I’m a snake 🐍 “ took me out 😂

Guys, the legend is back at it
The Ford mustang GTD took freedom to a whole new meaning with the F-22 recycled metal
Can’t believe you snubbed the c7 zr1
I swear, every leather seat Ive seen in that generation Mustang cracks with the EXACT same pattern. 😂
The rule, nothing over 400 cubic inches in GM's intermediate A body did not include Oldsmobile, in which they had their 455 in their Hurst/Olds a year prior to the Chevelle 454.
There were no Mustang King Cobras, it was a Mustang II, King Cobra.
Fox Platform, not Body. The highest was 235hp and in 1987 when the GNX was made, they had 225, not around 200hp as mentioned.
Dodge Demon "the tires were so smooth". If I recall, those tires did not come standard on the Demon, you had to pay $1.00 more for the upgrade.
The Boss Mustang listed with its 4.600" bore and 4.5" stroke = 598 cubic inches, not the 604 that it is advertising. Even for the fake 604 cubic inches is 9.9 liters.
Liters is a less precise form of measurement over a cubic inch.
Please correct me if I am wrong on the above information.
The 1970 SS Chevelle 454 was indeed the king of muscle cars
Beef up the old h-pattern sn95, subframe, sway, suspension, ect. Badass lightweight platform. Had a tubed and gutted 98 Cobra, Anderson cams (dohc) 4.6, AFR heads, trickflow long tubes, 315's in the back, 3.73's and a 8.8 dif. Holly efi, 63mm hellion turbo set up😂. Weighing in with driver about 3100lbs, fresh tune 750ish. Getting out🤙

Craftsmanship meets innovation
Its funny how mustangs are known for running into crowds, when at the same time european fords, like mondeo/focus/fiesta are considerd very good handling cars

At first I thought the memes were kinda corny u til the African guys w the muscle car casket were walking😂😂
huge fan of you man ❤
That “WHAT THE FU- when he was talking about the Daytona was amazing
i love the foxbodys! for classic looks id go with the bass equuis 770
0:13 Strip "The King" Weathers in the down right corner
But the problem with the demon was not the roll bar but the build quality especially the 170s having engines blowing up prematurely and only 10 miles
7:47, umm, how do you sue Dodge or any company in that matter, if you're dead? 🤔
My dad worked for a chevy dealership back in the day. According to him they got 2 grand nationals and both were crashed by employees
Forgot to mention the challenger drag pak with v10 viper in it
Awesome!!
I watched the video when the thumbnail was still the superbird / daytona just saying, but very realistic
