Yeah Goop's animations are always really cool and creative. Tho there's always the inconsistency of the omnitrix and the ufo passing through tight places alongside Goop lol.

I still have no idea if this is a common theory or not, but I believe that the watch recalibrated because albedo heard ben wasn't wearing it anymore and so made his own, when ben turned his back on the watch's synced and albedo became ben while ben got an update that made his watch look like albedos redesign

Albedo is my favourite villain, as he always make interesting on screen. This episode is very good and it’s rewatch able. Chilli fries meme, never gets old. Azmuth returns after SOTO.
I love that the omnitrix was randomly like “Ok we need to distinguish these two. I’ll just randomly swap Albedo’s color pallet.” For no reason 😂. Unless it’s explained later but I don’t think it is.
Albedo does say the color change is due to his human form being "damaged" though he never goes into detail on HOW it was damaged lol. Maybe it just zapped all the eumelanin out of his hair.
Fun fact the moment Azmuth found out that ben had the omnitrix he wanted it taken off him but it was Max that said nope and Paradox who told him that Ben had a great destiny and needed the omnitrix

I wish Kevin was a villain for longer in the OG series, and we got more of the morphing into aliens before he mutated into the chimera Kevin, and the S2 finale was the S4 finale instead of the lame Negative 10 finale.

Superman will attempt to kill A to S-Tier threats. Of course street level thugs and typical humans aren't worth it. He even threaten to Kill The Joker if he ever came back to Gotham which he told him he's not Batman. He has the guts to kill and chooses not to as "It's not worth it". Ben pretty much has that same motive.
Ben does have a no killing rule. He just chooses not to if he doesn't have to. Animo, Darkstar and other recurring villains keep getting sent to regular prisons or the null void after defeat Superman you just named has the same policy.

Since you didn't watch the ultimate alien, I'll tell about forever knights. The organization was created by medieval knight Sir George, who defeated and trapped the extradimensional powerful creature using the weapon given to him by azmuth. He is the first forever knight, and created the organisation with the purpose to defend Earth from any alien invasion. That's why forever knights have very hostile attitude towards aliens. But yeah like Chinese triads and yakuzas which were created with specific purpose they eventually started their criminal activity
So for me Azmuth's personality difference between the two series is the most jarring. Ben's I can get from him going from being a 10 year old to a 16 year old. Even Kevin's I can get, though yeah I do think it could have used a little more exploration, I go with. He's also growing up has a crush on Gwen, not 100% yeah sure I gotcha. Azmuth was already a gown "man" running from responsibilities and everyone in the universe cause he hated them all. He changed somewhat at the end of the Ben 10 movie but not this much. This was the character shift I think we really needed to see unfold.
in 6 years he went from hateful nomad to... Leader? of the galvan and while you could argue that his personality changed because of the new stresses of his job we still dont see why or how he got that job to begin with
I mean he was probably an important figure even before he left for Xenon, and it's been 5 years since Ben showed up and inspired him to stop the self destruct, a lot can change since then.
