Jen Esparza is passionate about helping small business owners with their marketing efforts. Her company, The Jen Advantage, was grown out of the pandemic when her company folded and she needed to make her next career move. Most recently, she published a book, Marketing Basics for Your Small Business, and has established credibility as a public speaker by presenting many talks regarding business and marketing. In the next 5 years, Jen plans on developing an online platform for courses related to business and marketing, and will publish her second book, Marketing Basics for Your Nonprofit.
