- Brady Drums has this week announced it's closing down.
Here's a story I did with Chris Brady last year, chatting about his passion for saving trees from waste and why he won't pay drummers to promote his brand.
Since the 1980s the passionate drummer has painstakingly handcrafted drums from native Australian timber and his instruments are sought after by musicians around the world.

Why did Mick Fleetwood keep getting shown here? He plays DW.
+Erik Fraunfelter As per the NB note at the bottom of the caption box, Mick Fleetwood is playing a DW kit in that live shot but he has also purchased Brady drums made to order by Chris Brady. Fleetwood has a big sponsorship deal with DW, but also owns Bradys.
