Sarah, I recommend joyfully dancing in privacy to your favorite songs, using resistance thigh bands. I added that to my routine 1.5 years ago and 45 pounds just fell off!! I shared this amazing video!!
Keep up the good work. Stay on carnivor long enough and your stress will disminish. Everything else will fall into place. You found your superpower, don't let the scale take away your powers . The scale just causes stress which disminishes your gains. My first 50 years, I was a vegan that ocassionally ate meat. Now I'm a carnivor that ocassionally eats veg. I would have never thought I would spoon feed myself bacon greese and have pleasure from it. I use the bacon greese as a pick me up when I eat veg. A day after eating veg is always sluggish, so lard gives my body the hormone response that I need. I usually only eat one meal a day. When OMD is easy for you, one knows their body is fixed. I believe in feasting and fasting (aka falling off the wagon, and getting back on). Eating veg is a form of fasting and the only thing that breaks a fast is protein. I do this routine to keep my body metabolically flexible. This is what works for me. This is the fastest way to heal the body. I'm 54 and I have never been this stress free. All these influencer give me good ideas, I try them out and pick what works best for me. Enjoy the journey, because yours will be unique and only work for you. Don't be afraid to experiment. I don't believe in a carb metabolism or a fat metabolism, I believe in a hormone metabolism. (hormones are made from fat) Listen to your body and respond to it. Carnivore just helps to improve your listening skills.
Sarah you are amazing! Keep on going strong! Tomorrow will be a full week of carnivore for me....and honestly you are a big reason why I feel like I didn't cheat this week. I've been on and off carnivore for months now (sometimes I'd string a few days together and then cave and eat something silly). I did finally take your advice and stopped using the scales - even though I am one of the lucky ones that actually does lose weight ..... but I was just too focused on numbers and forgot to stick to the proper way of eating. Already I feel like there is less noise in my head, because I'm not constantly worrying that I'm not losing enough or constantly projecting how long it will take for me to reach my goal weight. So thank you for all that you do....for putting out consistent content, telling us honestly how it is for you doing carnivore amidst normal day to day life. I also can't wait for your interview with Dave! Good luck - I know you will do well! 💛
Hi Sarah. Those of us who truly care about you are not here to judge or offer advice that you already know. We are here to support you every step of the way. You are one of my closest friends now as you are an important part of my daily life. We are pals with Lee Copus and he does good feed back videos. Maybe reach out to him for advice on getting started? ❤
Hi, I have actually subscribed to you channel from this first video, you posted in on the FB page and i have not missed a single video since then! you are doing well, keep going! x
I think it's significant that lately you haven't put the number of the day in the title on a few videos. I think that's signifies that you truly are a permanent carnivore and the number of days is not as important as that.
The u.s. may have a chance with a new leader over the Food Drug administration who will cut back on our over processed food products and maybe throwing out the food pyramid

❤ I think that steak as part of your breakfast is working really well for you; you seem much brighter and more sharp 😊
@@sylviajones7081 it really is working! I am producing more ketones in the afternoon as well. X
Brilliant; getting the first meal right is the key I reckon. Just bacon & eggs never seems to me going for very long and the bacon makes me thirsty.
@@sylviajones7081same for me. I don't feel as well eating bacon for breakfast as I do when I eat steak or a beef burger.
oh i totally hear you with that glazed eye expression and they think youre nuts... sheesh
Heard somewhere if we naturally don't gain weight with age , it means you're sick .
