Joe I passed my Florida Real Estate Exam yesterday 2/14 after failing the first time Jan 24th. Your videos were very informative and brought clarity to a lot of concepts I didn’t clearly understand. You are a great teacher. THANK YOU and I wish I had found you sooner.
A friend of mine took the course and didnt read either. She passed the state exam after just listening to the info.....so yes its possible. I myself am a reader, but with twins its kinda hard to pick up a book..lol. i take my state exam in about 5 days. These vídeos have really been helpful!!!!!! Very confident now!!!

Never got around to posting this but without your vocab videos I definitely wouldn’t have been able to pass my exam. I passed about four months ago. The funny thing is that I passed my national exam but I had to retake my state. You don’t have a specific vocab video for the state of Maryland. So I had to rely on my course I paid for. Goes to show how much better you are than other online courses.
I have my test in January 09,2020 in FL. I studied my books and watch his videos as well. So far, lots of vocabularies to memorize and I plan on buying lots of Flashcards tonight after work. I can’t wait to pass!

I have a question that I can not find the answer to. If you are leasing out a piece of land. You get two people willing to pay your rent. One is an oil refiner company, and one is a farmer who just wants to let his cattle graze. Who do you lease to?? I got it wrong twice. I cant find the answer. 😢

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Mason am really grateful.
I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess license isn't meant for people like me😭
