Hello, just wanted to say thank you for all your information. I'm about to take the exam and it has been very helpful. I have also been presented with the opportunity to become licensed in HVAC. My question is do you think HVAC training is helpful in a real estate agent career? I do not want to deviate for my real estate career if HVAC won't be useful. Thanks again thanks again
Honestly, Luis, im not entirely sure. I think it depends on where you live and how the market is there. Maybe ask a few local brokers and get their answer on the question. Thanks for the comment! Best of luck.
Maybe if you were to work on people's HVAC systems I'd imagine. You be be able to transfer the skill over to be incoming an inspector of some sort, but I went to tour an HVAC school and it just teaches how to install things and work on them mainly. Good luck!
Good fall back career skill. That and plumbing. Watch videos about both on TH-cam and check out schools. Trades are stable but wear the body out. That's why I'm getting into real estate cause my body is shot from working in a trade profession for 6 years 6-7 days a week on average open to close. Long days.
After 185 words you are tired?? Jajajaja how about me, I am writing down on a notebook every single word from A to Z and writing the definition, talk about tired!!! Jajajaja man my arm is so sore!!! But thanks for this info. Going to review all my notes and review.
@Marco ottone well I just signed up for the online courses so I'm looking to take the test as soon as they approve me, gotta take the background check, fingerprints and what not so that I see can take up to 2 months. Good luck man!!
