I just took my TX RE EXAM this morning and I PASSED! 🎉🎉 (8/19/24). I took my exam the first time and passed my state but failed the national by 1 point. Waited for two weeks so that I could study thoroughly. VOCAB is definitely a NECESSITY. If you know what words are and what they mean it will make it 10x easier to pass. The second time around studying for exam I made sure to get my avg test score up on Kaplan to atleast 80% or higher. My avg test scores were 75%-95%. If I got a lower score I would retake the test until I got a 100% and understood the material. Practice test, VOCABULARY and WRITING down simple concise definitions are what helped me pass! Thanks again to Joe & Stu - their crash courses were tremendously helpful!

Well Joe, I absolutely owe you one. I just passed my Ca. Lic Exam on the first try. I did not buy the training program, but I must of watched and listened to your videos about 3 times each. I made flash cards of this vocab video, but never studied with them. Instead, I listened to this video over and over while I worked out. Lol. Thank you for your videos. I will purchase your marketing strategies program.
@@LK-oc4er I'm a former Loan Officer, and then turned Mortgage Underwriter. Appraisals, financing and contracts were already in my bag. Either way, the vast majority of the test is not math. That being said, add math queue cards to your study time. Math is easy. Divide, multiply, add, subtract. Just put the formula together in a queue card. I didn't even use the white board they offer for notes. I can honestly say that the examples Joe gives in his videos and the vocab in this video made a huge impact on the exam I received.
8 months ago I signed up for the course studied with prep agent failed the exam once passed on the 2nd attempt and can officially say I just listed my 1st house and also helping another client look for a property!! Never give up it’s doable just be disciplined and stay focused thanks Joe, Stu and the rest of the prep agent team

I never purchased your course as my state requires me to take 120 hours of classes at a school, but during the last year I was a stay at home dad while I studied for the exam. I listened to your videos while doing the never ending list of chores that a stay at home parent has and they really helped. Some of it was more basic than what I needed, but listening to the basic stuff over and over helped me build a foundation for the rest of the topics I was studying. I took the test this morning and I passed, and I have to give some of the credit to you. Your channel was great to have playing in the background and I'm so glad it was there. I passed my class exam with a 90 last week on 11/20 and yesterday I took my GA State Exam and PASSED on the very 1st try!!!! Yessss! Passed it on my 1st try 12/18 (: . I did my hours through allied. Very boring. Did it just to get the certificate last year and kind of put it aside but 2 months ago I found Joe and watched all the TH-cam videos for about 1 hour a day if not more and that's how I got my self ready. Question are very different than what I see on TH-cam but, understanding the vocabulary is what really helped me. There was no math. Know how long broker have to keep documents both for the salesperson's commission and seller/buyer. I'm so relieved. Good luck you all. And Joe thanks for making it fun. I enjoy listening to you. My 7 and 9year olds know " lean money "

I was sure I failed, but just got the results and passed. On my 1st time. Thanks to videos like this from prepagent. Thanks for doing these. The STUD Question was on there. I thought they just had the same 4 components, just in different order, then noticed 'Cost' was in 3 of the 4 choices. I'm in California, there were hardly any math questions, they didn't even give us a calculator. They did ask how many feet in a mile.

@@zacharysbrennan5376 just saw this. I took the Michigan Real estate exam using Real Estate Express. I passed last weekend first try 😁 i went through prep agent's videos and some others as well. I used Prep agent as a supplement. I had around 860 flash cards that I kept widdling down. I went through them once and put the easy ones aside. And did that again and again until the day of the exam where I had probably 40 left that I was a little unsure of. I hated the exam. Quite a few answers could have gone either way. I went through and marked questions I was unsure of. Once I finished the exam, I read all the questions again. Then I marked any more I was unsure of and unmarked ones i figured out. Then I went through my marked questions again picking out the best answer. Then I calculated how many questions I could get wrong and compared them to how many I was unsure of. The number I was unsure of was 10 lower than the number I needed to pass, so I submitted and passed😁 The exam was annoying. Most questions were fine, but some had answers where two answers were correct. Make sure to know your terms. There were like 8 math questions. That's about all I've got
Just passed the exam today! Used basically only PrepAgent and some practice tests I found online/quizlet. Prepagent is helpful but I gotta say it felt like it only helped me with only half the problems. The other half was vocab/terms never discussed on prepagent, of course an acre wasnt on my test but how many inches are in a mile. Also there is more dates than just 1968, 1968 wasnt even on my test. I had 40 problems I was unsure about but luckily I still passed, thanks Joe! Just wanted to warn everyone it may be a little outdated
Edit: A loootttt of stuff regarding net income/gross income ratios and uses. A lot of TDS stuff, also asked percentage of loan fees, time it takes to manage a brokerage, crawlspace, Ill add more if i can remember

I failed my test the first try using Compucram and night before exam,. I heard about prepagent and started today. I am scheduled for my test sunday. I hope this helps me pass

LK 1988 I study the vocabularies and ready the book and I did the multiple choices and focus on the law and do the maths and I wake up at 6:50an to 12:00 pm for 2 straight weeks and watch his videos too, when you combined all you’ll definitely pass

I took the Michigan Real estate exam using Real Estate Express.
I passed last weekend first try 😁 i went through prep agent's videos and some others as well. I used Prep agent as a supplement. I had around 860 flash cards that I kept widdling down. I went through them once and put the easy ones aside. And did that again and again until the day of the exam where I had probably 40 left that I was a little unsure of.
I hated the exam. Quite a few answers could have gone either way. I went through and marked questions I was unsure of. Once I finished the exam, I read all the questions again. Then I marked any more I was unsure of and unmarked ones i figured out.
Then I went through my marked questions again picking out the best answer. Then I calculated how many questions I could get wrong and compared them to how many I was unsure of. The number I was unsure of was 10 lower than the number I needed to pass, so I submitted and passed😁
The exam was annoying. Most questions were fine, but some had answers where two answers were correct.
Make sure to know your terms. There were like 8 math questions.

Just passed the exam today! Used basically only PrepAgent and some practice tests I found online/quizlet. Prepagent is helpful but I gotta say it felt like it only helped me with only half the problems. The other half was vocab/terms never discussed on prepagent, of course an acre wasnt on my test but how many inches are in a mile. Also there is more dates than just 1968, 1968 wasnt even on my test. I had 40 problems I was unsure about but luckily I still passed, thanks Joe! Just wanted to warn everyone it may be a little outdated
Edit: A loootttt of stuff regarding net income/gross income ratios and uses. A lot of TDS stuff, also asked percentage of loan fees, time it takes to manage a brokerage, crawlspace, Ill add more if i can remember

@@lindacoleman9911 t's not easy, about 6 math problems...the key to passing the psi...is VOCAB..took it twice, pass state fail national...Study n KNOW your vocabulary and you will pass!

I failed my test the first try using Compucram and night before exam,. I heard about prepagent and started today. I am scheduled for my test sunday. I hope this helps me pass

How did you study mostly?
LK 1988 I study the vocabularies and ready the book and I did the multiple choices and focus on the law and do the maths and I wake up at 6:50an to 12:00 pm for 2 straight weeks and watch his videos too, when you combined all you’ll definitely pass
