I took and asses MY CA RE STATE EXAM ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT (03/27) This was amazing! I studied about 500 flashbacks! I would say to make sure you’re solid on Real Estate Practice, Contracts, Financing. I knew I passed the exam way before I finished taking the exam. Also, you have three hours to take the exam. Breathe. Strategy that worked best for me: before I started taking the exam, I wrote down on the white board: Essentials to create contracts, agency, Maria, etc….and then don’t go through the exam with rapid breath! Slow down! Don’t let

He says two different things for OPEN LISTING . On the 12:21 he says that it doesn’t need termination date and on the 13:38 he says that it needs termination date. Can somebody tell me which one is right please bc I need it ? Thank you

Hola Alejandra, el examen es en inglés. Sigue mirando estos videos. Te van a ayudar mucho. Tome mi primer examen nacional (soy de Santa Teresa,NM) y lo reprobé. Voy por mi segunda vez y espero pasarlo. Joe y sus aliados me an dado mucha más confianza que mis libros.
