Joe, I passed my exam here in Las Vegas thanks to you, and all of the hard work I put into studying. Honestly, all of the tips you provided, made it very easy for me to recall during my National exam. I truly appreciate having an opportunity to watch you on here as many times as I needed to feel confident. Just passed first time CA thanks mostly to all your content! Tips for those studying: 1. Use the 2x speed on TH-cam to get twice the content in half the time 2. If in CA make sure to spend 15% of your time studying CA specific stuff like trusts, time allowances for record-keeping brokers, submitting stuff on loan closure etc etc., it seemed like there a decent amount of CA specific stuff on the test. That's all folks. Also, don't get overwhelmed there will be some you have no idea about but it will be very few that you can't narrow it down to a 50/50 guess and with a 70% right to pass if you narrowed all down to 50/50 you are pretty close to passing. And there will be some you definitely feel 100%!

You made it very easy to learn and remember, I failed my test repeatedly over the last couple of months and failed it again last week. I was told by a Realtor to watch your videos, me being desperate and skeptical gave it a shot and today I passed my exam. Not to mention, I only watched your videos for 7 days. And in that time frame you made the information al lot easier to understand. Your a outstanding teacher and I recommend you to anyone god bless you.

Jose is a good dude He almost gave an example for panic peddling involving "black people" At least that's what it sounded like but he cuts himself off. Anyway I'm curious to know what he would have said before he changed his mind Would it have been telling black people too sell there homes because Asians are moving to town? Or would he have said Arabs? Or even would he have said black people? I don't know I'm at work These videos are awesome
