    I took notes of…..a while back but I watched again…..and I will make this also. Last time I used the wonderful packaged egg whites(with some whole pasture raised eggs). Best recipe yet…..and clear sensible directions!!! Thank you…..so much!!

    We make this for our family for the breakfast for the week. I put 18 eggs in a 9x13 pan and throw in veggies and cheese. I love having breakfast premade!

    I try to make a Frittata, every Sunday. Each week the frittata will be a little different than the last one.
    You are so right on so many levels when stating the benefits of a Frittata !!
    Right Again, On The Use of A Cast Iron Skillet. Cast Iron gives or brings out the flavor in whatever is cooked. Fersitile !! Every home should have at least one.

      @@CleanandDeliciousDani I just made it today! Thanks so much for the inspiration ;-) I packed in heaps of vegies - thinly chopped carrots, tomatoes, spinach and rocket, asparagus, and added fetta, anchovies and sundried tomatoes ;) was yum!

    Love frittatas! They are so versatile and a great way to throw whatever you have on hand into it and it always tastes great! My chickens are laying like crazy..it’s hard to keep up. This was a great reminder to make more frittatas!

    Hey, got my frittata made today for lunch. Yummy! I switched out spinach for steamed broccoli. I have had baby spinach a few different ways. I like it in a salad only. Good thing 'bout this, my hubby doesn't like and this frittata is all mine!😜

    Thanks for doing these videos! I used a white onion, cauliflower, broccoli with the egg mixture. I tossed some Tabasco sauce in the eggs as well. My husband said it was delicious. I also made your apple muffins shortly before I cooked the frittata. I didn’t have any raisins so I used plump cherries added some nutmeg and vanilla. I think next time we’ll put some nuts in there as well and we’ve had these several times, they are so delicious. I’ve even shared the recipe with some friends at school because they requested the recipe.

      There is a new vegan product in refrigerator section of grocery store, called "Just Egg", that is made with mung bean for those of us who don't eat, are allergic to, or sensitive to eggs. I use it in my casserole dish frittatas and bake. Works great.

    Love your videos. I also like to make little mini egg frittatas in a muffin tin. I just found out that I react to egg yolks so I’ll have to find an egg white version. Thanks for the inspiration. 🥰

    Thanks for the great recipe. The internal texture of my frittata has a lot of small air bubbles. Any ideas how to avoid these and achieve a smooth texture?

    In the oven now! I’m excited to see how it turns out, though it takes more than 12 minutes (for me at least), the middle is still jiggly after 17 minutes so far, but it’s looking good.

    Great video you are wonderful ! Just remember that non-cooked spinach has the highest oxliate content of all the green leafy veggies !

      @@CleanandDeliciousDani I had a good friend who ate spinach smoothies every day for several years and kept getting sicker and sicker and we couldn't figure out why? Spinach is the highest oxalate containing food, especially uncooked. Cooking will reduce some. I had no idea that beans, nuts seeds and most green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes and more created kidney stones.
      In fact, I went on a sweet potato binge this winter and developed a super bad pain in my left kidney... couldn't get up from bed . I had no idea that if you ate 5 raw red kidney beans it could kill you .
      That's when I refound you and started to make your squash recipes with acorn and spaghetti. Yum . Peace ✌

      That was a typo BUT you can sub yogurt for milk if you'd like.

      My thoughts are to fry up the veggies in another pan then when that’s done dump everything into whatever baking dish you have with the remaining ingredients.

    Please I need advice on how to remove the stuck egg from the cast iron. It’s really hard for me without without scrubbing and removing the shiny oily finish.
