Wow, just comparing this Dubai apartment to the ones in London its quite impressive. All the bedrooms are decent size and the amount of built in storage is crazy!

I also stayed at this apartment before and I loved watching people skydive, it was so fun. I also really appreciated how spacious everything was, especially the shower and closet, and the access to the hotel amenities, although they started slowly blocking us out like not giving us towels to the pool. Also, when it rains, it leaks :( in the building and its sad :((((((
Wow very helpful information about the leaks. For the rates, shouldn’t be dealing with poor construction issues like that.

A quick search online for comparable properties will give you an idea of monthly costs. Looks about equivalent to £2000 - £2,500 / month. In Central London that's good for a comfy one bed, with modest furnishings. Dubai is whole 'nother story haha.

I love your apartment! I would not like the glass enclosed Kitchen, because the glass would need so much cleaning and if you were having a party, everyone would end up piling into the kitchen. The high ceilings and the views are absolutely magnificent!

Sonder rents these apartments. It costs around $15-17k per month and that's when you rent it for longer term and not month-by-month basis which is (much) more expensive

The size of this apartment is amazing. Lots width and wall space and big useable kitchen .In London even if you have a massive master and living , the second bedroom doesn’t even fit a dressing table

Persian food - Sadaf - past the Clock Tower on the road to Nasir Square (right hand side)
Indian - Hyatt Four Points Deira or Inter Cont Deira (with music and dancing)
Vietnamese - Grand Hyatt Dubai
Japanese - Crown Plaza Sh. Z Road
Indonesian Food - Jumeirah Beach Hotel (on the beach)
Brazilian Steak - 24 or 25 fl of J/B Hotel
best water park _ Wield Wadi

p.s. Please do not leave with out smoking a Hookkah flavored with Mint/Lemon - with milk rather than water.
The living area is pretty spacious. One could squeeze in a breakfast/reading table/nook together with that L-Shaped sofa and enjoy the views. Exquisite unit guys. 👌

Great video. Genuine question: i am moving to Dubai and trying to rent in tbe Rixos but they continue to say they do not have long term rented apartments. How much does it cost per month and who can I contact to rent. Ive even gone to the rixos lobby and asked lool.
