I used to walk past this building on my lunch break when they were building it (I work in the glass building that you pointed at that is right infront of the shard) I always wondered what it looked like inside so I am so happy that you managed to do this apartment tour! 😍

When you sit on that bench and people across stare at you while you go on about your business? Worth 1 000 000 pounds extra just for that experience.

The benches in front of the windows to me are a huge selling point, allowing you to relax and gaze out at the wonderful views. The finishes are incredible. One of the best London apartments I've seen.
£5.5m for stunning views of office blocks and a mere 2000' feet... hmmmm, finish is top class... but certainly seen for better views on the river for less wonga..

This is definitely one of my favorite apartments. I love the sitting (bench) area and 🤩 the toilets are just beautiful and large. I love 😍

Very nice. Open and airy floorplan. Love the covered patio. The designer really took advantage of the spectacular views with the wide benches all around. Gorgeous!

I enjoy watching your videos introducing different types of properties, which are nicely done and presented. However, when you introduced apartments and penthouses, you seldom mentioned about parking arrangement, management fee for living in apartments, etc. I think these info should be included if available to you guys.

WOW! For me this is the most desirable apartment you've shown so far! The owner certainly knows his/her way round a 'mood board', classy decor without screaming tacky. But again, as with all apartment buildings, and even though the views ARE impressive, my irrational dread of heights would impede my enjoyment of them. I certainly couldn't lounge on the window seats like Summer did. Not even going to mention the price tag, it's London it is what it is.
Stunning apartment but these London prices are just astronomical, different world down there!

Those window seats are clever. It's quite nice for the size but pricey for the size :) I thought parliament and big ben would be near by but maybe they are just blocked.
Balcony on the entire river corner has to be well worth it. I wouldn't think that location is problematically windy. If they could clean up the Thames though, it's a little brownish :)
If it were any browner it would be a dirt road.
It's brown due to sediment not shit (but there is some of that too). Big Ben is around the bend, and even more unfortunate is that Tower Bridge is very close and would be amazing to view were it not for the apartment blocking the view..
Excellent views, a wide and open layout, but an inadequate number of bedrooms at only 3.
This apartment is stunning , much nicer than that Battersea power station one which is nearly double the price of this .

Incidentally I did a property tour of my new flat when I bought it, for my family. It's so small I could have done it in 30 seconds, but I drew it out with images of the cat and endless droning about how I bought the bed :D :D :D

Nice interior design. Very good flat for an exhibitionist as there's zero privacy. And of course, the 24 hour concierge service - aka massive service charges for a grumpy security guard who is always on a tea break when your amazon packages are delivered.
Like the minimalist sleek design, furniture and colours etc. Although it would have been nice to have had some actual doors or walls, in some places …

This looks like North block lvl 8 just under the penthouse.
Design, manufacture and supply of the glass, balcony, balustrade and all facade was Feldhaus Fenester Fassaden, installation was done by M A Rarinca Fixing Ltd and me? I was the site manager of the facade installation for both blocks including the link and main entrance canopy 💪💪💪
Really like what you 2 do. Im interested to see inside an apartment at 1 Hyde Park, London. The building was built by the Candy brothers (i think) and I;ve heard the apartments starting price is £15 million.
There were one bed rooms available at about £5 million facing the street not the park.

If you can afford it, it is magnificent. The number of National events that take place on or around the Thames you could witness, let alone the day-to-day goings-on you would observe. That said I love my new somewhat more humble home we bought this week.

Mr too, we’ve just finished our renovation of our 3 bedroom downsized apartment, I love it, so warm, so comfy, and I don’t feel overwhelmed with jobs that need doing outside as the gardens are all taken care of. It’s taken us 3 months to replace and decorate everywhere, but we’ll worth the chaos, for the end results. Each to our own, at different times of our life.
I would buy this if I were able to move to London----love the location and the contemporary feel of the spaces

OK who saw the construction flaw? Clear at 8:02 when he grabs the balcony railing. Notice the missing bracket and chrome around glass in top right corner. Matt is aware of it right away, and especially careful after said mark, where he shakes the rail and you can see it move.
