I'm sorry but I'm born and raised in Columbus. This is extremely overpriced. Average finishes. Nothing special. I own a 4 bedroom 3 full bath 2400 sq ft house for $1100 in a great neighborhood. I guess if you're just committed to living downtown, get it. But this looks average. Not worth the price
@@Michelle_McKenzie I toured and been in so many different apartments so nothing is any kinds of special to me anymore, u just enjoy an apartment for whatever uniqueness it might have. This isn't my price point and may be overpriced, but I guess it's worth it to people who are in love with the apartment. Also for the love of god when are people gonna stop comparing the rent of living in the city to their house mortgages. These are two different lifestyles and shouldn't be compared. I love the action and motivation of the city, so I do not mind paying the price to live in the city, I do not wanna live in a 4 bed 3 bath home in a neighborhood full of nothing but homes, but good for u Im glad u love ur life the way it is.
