    Life-changer!! Tried so many channels (including all leading motivators) for resistance band routines.. But nothing beats this.. I feel the burn for real and this channel has no bullshit.. Quality content always. Love u bro.

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

      You’re welcome. You can anchor the bands at your shoulder height on your door and perform standing reverse flys.

    I am learning resistance band exercise for the first time by watching your videos sir. It is unbelievable to get the same pump similar to weights.. today only I did shoulder workout at home. Last exercise I wasn't able to do properly. Can you please suggest an alternative for that ?

      Thanks! You can also anchor the band to the door ( at shoulder height) and perform it while standing if that helps.

    But sir in this case I have only single band
    then I use single band for all workout.
    And Sir use in 1st set 08 and 2nd set 10 and 3rd set 12 I can use this method.

      Yes you can use one band. You can either increase the reps or stretch band a little bit more to increase the resistance or both.
