      +Roland Hi Roland, You can still do it, just need 30-45 mins workout a day(4-5 days a week) and proper diet..let me know if you need any further assistance. 👍👍

    Hello sir. I had a question. I perform all the 6 excercises. Should I do all excercise with 20 lbs then do another set with 30 followed by 40. Or I Should do one excercise with 20,30 and 40 then 2nd and 3rd to 6th

      Hi, Its always better to have multiple bands for the best results. You cannot increase resistance of a single band after a certain point. Get at least one or two more band with high resistance. Thanks

    Is it possible to get muscle without a proper diet ? Like I'm an athlete I don't want to get bulky I just want a little bit of muscle overall. So it possible without a proper diet?

      Hello Brijesh, What do you mean by proper diet? If you are talking about a clean and healthy diet then it is needed to achieve your fitness goals. Nutrition is the key and required to be healthy and fit. If you eat junk all day long and with poor nutrition then you may impact your health and may not see the desired results.

    Excellent workout tutorial with clarity. Bhai instead of increasing resistance can we start with high and decrease it when failure. Will it has the same effect ?

      The main benefit of adding weight, or "ramping." every set is that it enables you to warmup properly. Jumping straight into your heaviest set can be risky, as the muscles are not yet ready to lift heavy weights, and you may get injured.

      Yes, its fine as far as you are not taking caffeine or pre workout supplements else it may impact your sleep cycle/ quality

      Hello Lokesh, If you can't get bands with different resistance then you can probably try increasing more tension in the bands by stretching them little bit more than usual. For standing workouts, you can step on the bands in such a way so that you can increase more tension between the handles and your feet.

      Its not like that. There are a lot of other factors involved including your diet, nutrition & rest

      You should have same tension on both the side for right balance and for inhale and exhale, will make a separate video in the on going weight loss series.

      Hi Ankit, Maine Amazon.com se liye the aur uska link ye raha. India me kaunse best hai wo aapko online hi pata lagega. Maine abhi tak koi Indian brand use nahi kiya hai so I don't know what to suggest.

      Hi, In order to lose fat, you need to eat less calories than your maintenance calories. That's the key. You can make your own diet plan with the help of this video. If you do any kind of resistance training (like this video) along with a nutritious calorie deficit diet then you can lose fat easily.

      Hello Preyam, you cannot reduce fat from a particular part of the body. In order to lose weight you need to be calories deficit. When you start losing overall body weight, eventually belly fat also gets reduced.     I really like ur channel, I follow ur videos n love the results.I have a question plz... is it ok to target 1 muscle grp daily and Rest on the 7th day? Will it show results? And then again repeat the same next week..Will it work?

      Hi Vijayan, you can follow one muscle group a day plan but its not very effective because you should train every muscle groups at least 2 times a week for better results. I'm going to share a 2 muscles a day plan in next few weeks, You can follow that if you want.

    Caution before excercise:
    Guys please please make sure your door is closed and that round sponge like thing doesnt come out of the door while pulling the band away during the preacher curls. I didnt close my door well this sponge came out and hit hard on my eyes it was hurt badly.. its paining till now from morning... please make sure you guys you dont do this mistake while doing preacher curls

      HI Anirudh, during the biceps workouts, you can try holding muscles for 2-3 seconds during concentric movements and try doing the workout as slow as possible to increase the time under tension. Try it out and let me know if it helps.
