Awesome work brother. Also, at 5:11, they list the temp there because lithium batteries operate best when they are warm. It's why their capabilities get worse in winter months if they don't have a well insulated enclosure. Past 80C the benefits of a warm battery diminish and with it goes the discharge current rating.
Excited for part 2! Hopefully you go into detail with how you're soldering and everything your using! Its the only thing holding me back from building my own pack What busbars are you going to be using?
Yeah, I'll try to go in depth with this whole build cause I was just like you and didn't know how to do it unless someone really explained it. I'll most likely be using .5mm copper busbars with nickle tab welds.
Wow you're going to fly on that thing! You've got me convinced to build my own batteries now! thanks for the info again. I'm doing 2 48volts so i can charge them with a standard charger... theres got to be a cheap master charger out there for you? I couldn't stand waiting that long to charge lmao!
Il be using my go-kart charger cause it's the same voltage and plug. But il order one later on. The charger i have is adjustable to 12a, and it's only $110v is is awesome
This is exactly what i love, full diy and good explained. Love this concept keep up the good work
Appreciate it man

This is great. You make things look so approachable! Keep it up!
It’s going to be sick!!
Razors are too small and I just thought to do this. Thank you
hi, so what will be the voltage and Amp hours of battery with 240 cells?
Nice video
Thankyou
