Gotta give you credit your accuracy and skill is just great to watch especially since you’re using simple hand tools anyone could have lying around . This takes years to be able to adapt in using tools to make bends in metal and have all the angles match and radii. I’m a 17 year glazier / metal fabricator and when I saw you using a impromptu brake using the grinder, vgrips and vice I knew you were a certified badass that is a problem solver. Thx for the vie
Very maneuverable and does not take up much space and is practical. The best design I've seen so far. If were mine I Would make a space for a passenger
See you tube this is what I mean by "motorcycle built from scratch" this is just amazing well done my guy will definitely be watching for more vids like these from ya!! 👍👍👍
This is a very talented young fabricator . Imagine what he could do with a proper shop full of great tools ( cutters , benders , notchers ........TIG WELDER !! Great job young man !!
By far way better quality than most China bikes! Using 1/4 inch steel vs the crap they use for the frames this bike will last from my observation. Great work man
Very inspiring! The finished product looks great! I'm looking to make a similar project soon, and this gives me a lot of insight on what tools to use when building the frame
I hate how nowadays everyones playing fortnite and watching crap like "who ever gets tased last gets a new car" this deserves more likes this is what youtube was really meant for.
Nice build, issue we have is it's cheaper to buy a factory frame or a used project bike around here than to actually source all the metal, cut, weld, drill, file, etc, then build from parts. Shipping is a big issue, along with time to fabricate, along with metal prices and equipment used. Aluminum is a whole other level as well. Still a custom self made frame is something special.
I am sure actually it must have taken more than 33 minutes - as you had do many things in the background besides drafting your plan and cutting wooden templates, etc. But, it was a great effort, work and final result. Bravo ! Also, I like this video very much. Thanks.

An idea, a brilliant plan/design, the necessary tools, a talented engineer and 33 minutes.... Put these ingredients in a home's workstation and then start your engine! Ready? GO! ant01ne Nice job Samuel!
Hey man just want to say you did a phenomenal job. The whole time I was watching I was thinking to myself "oh he's ACTUALLY making his own pit bike." ... followed by a "this guy's crazy!" .. Followed by a few "I can't believe this fkn guy." You earned yourself a new subscriber. Looking forward to your next projects... omw to stalk your other videos! :)
mis respetos, cuando se tiene la creatividad no importa la tecnologia, con la herramienta que se tenga se hace un proyecto felicidades quedo muy fabulosa la motocicleta. saludos desde mexico
Very nice job my friend. Good for you. To ask you something, the front of the shock absorber how much did you buy it and how many mm is it? if you could send me the link from where you bought it i would be grateful. Thanks a lot for your time. Good video.
It really depends on if he restored used parts or used a lot of brand new parts but i could definitely fabricate something like this for around 750 if i reuse some parts
For projects like these try to use or get a wire feed welder. Stick welding and the way you were doing it is harder and has its risks. When you were wleding you would stop and start on slag. That traps slag under and inside of welds and weakens the welds your making. Otherwise great work. I would just try to get a flux-core welder ( fluxcore wire has slag too that you need to remove) its much easier and cleaner to work with. Keep building though!
Thanks so much for the tips. The stick welder I have is pretty cheap and (for some reason) it does not like to maintain an arc at lower amperage, so I ran it around 120 amps. However, at that amperage it was too hot to maintain the weld for the whole length of the joint. It may just be a combination of bad equipment and inexperience, but a fluxcore would be great for a future investment!
Dear TH-cam, this video is what i mean when i search for a "homemade motorcycle".
when i search for homemade motorcycle
i find someone washing his bike or fixing tires lol
u r so right XD
This is pit bike i will make home

If my engineering class like this I will never sleep in class. 33mins n not skip any part. This really the definition "Homemade bike". DO more!
Fabricator engineer and film maker.my god you were made for this era! Bravo young man
13:17 mad decent weld for a stick welder. Respect
And I'm pretty sure it's something like a 6010 rod at that, which is even cooler
Finally someone who isn't stupid who used engine as structure
I really like these classic songs that you put in the background during the loudest parts. 😌😌

U got a new sub jus because u are out doing stuff like this instead of playing video games...props kid ur gonna do big things
You are a genius. The mini bike was extremely beautiful and with a futuristic designer
This was filmed beautifully. Love the bike. Very well put together video, you deserve a bigger fan base.
Very inspiring! The finished product looks great! I'm looking to make a similar project soon, and this gives me a lot of insight on what tools to use when building the frame
Your fabrication skills with basic tools are remarkable and fun to watch.
Thumbs up for the bloopers!!!
Great job, great build!
I rate you as the best welder of 2020.
Finally a video where someone knows how to weld
James Sherman: are you serious 😏
Looks like a pitbike of the apocalypse, gnarly dude 👍👍👍👍👍
Excellent Job young man !! Something to be proud of.
I like the way the bike sounds, love it's style and design! You did a great job sir! Nicely done
The work is great...the effort to capture everything is super owsem...kipidap buddy...

skillful boy+complete tools= perfect work
someone send this kid to welding school or engineering college. kid's got a gift
This was filmed beautifully. Love the bike
I would just like to say that it's cool that young people are still building stuff.by the way this guy welds just fine ,fof all the haters!

The only thing i dont like is the 33min time frame which is unrealistic.

i'm so very happy that you didn't use the same music as everyone else and definitely liked your music selection instead.
Good job bro ! You can be proud of you !

Nice job Samuel!
Excellen! It's the heaviest duty frame! Very strong!
Congrats for your work. That is awsome. Keep going!
Watch at 1.5x
i never saw some thing beautiful like that, got my respect 💙🌸
You got mad skills my friend let me know when you are ready to build these or something similar en masse. The 1.5k dislikes are haters.
There will be road-legality issues
What a perfect little project. College engineering students should be building something like this for credit
Last day on earth this man since 2 years ago🥺
Everything about this video is excellent.
This is what I've been looking for
Some One Give This Guy
A
Medal
In 33 minute hE didn't put THe ads on That
Well, he had every tool to do the job. Nice is all I can say
He already hv the bike. Off camera he seperate those n in camera he assemble again . U r not as smart as me thts y u can't understand
@@dark8772 he built it u dumbass
Excellent work , very impressive and looks very nice.
It is a fantastic project I love it. ❣ Every day I watch this video. the same project is my dream. 🏍🔥
Nice job on the bike and the vid . Put a smile on this old timers face . lol
Dude..your skill is amazing
Very hard working appreciate. I'm going to subscribe right now.
so do i care
Me watching this knowing damn well I can’t build it:
Nice vid btw :)

Owesome.
Now that was awesome!!! Dude you have serious skills and the bike turned out perfect!!!👍🏍
Excellent work.. I congratulate you on your wonderful brain
Good work Man, congratulacions 💪👍😎
18:40 love the cool whip
Sweet build bro looks rugged and efficient
Nice hard work 👍 love that bike
this look like a cyberpunk pit bike 🖒its really cool
This young guy did a nice welding job... keep it up
very nice project my friend! enjoy the bike
wow you are amazing man,
thanks for sharing this work
You know it's gonna be fast when the frame sounds like a Pod Racer: 12:15
Your arc welds look better than most mig welds on TH-cam
love from India you nailed it bro i like the way you make dude
Good Job Lads. Keep up the good work.
Just one note - never cool welded metal by using water, it will harden it an your frame become brittle! Let it cool by itself!
Very nice job my friend. Good for you. To ask you something, the front of the shock absorber how much did you buy it and how many mm is it? if you could send me the link from where you bought it i would be grateful. Thanks a lot for your time. Good video.
awesome! amazing work! respect your job!
Give this guy lots of thumbs up
We couldn't see that bright when welding, please apply a shield in front of the camera too. It's amazing....
Damn cool build brother.👍👍
Marvelous ! Keep up the good fun.
Beautiful sounds
Buen trabajo Samuel, te quedó bien chimba.
Saludos desde Colombia en el sur de América.
that thing is a top-selling project...
I am indian but I like your work 🙏🏻❤️
Эстетично. Просто. А главное работает. Ну и красиво тоже. Молодец) а провода можно оставшиеся как то спрятать)
When you got all the tools it's so easy to do projects like these, well good job
Just because you have the tools doesn't mean it's easy you still need to know a lot of math and how to weld
its a gr8 work but i think u should install 3 size biger rim in back and 4 size biger rim in front and replace engine chain sprocket for tourque
friendship with geometry at 100%
Those are really clean welds from an arc welder
You are very talented dude
Great build man, inspired me. How much did you end up spending anyways?
Quirin M. Haha haha nice joke
It really depends on if he restored used parts or used a lot of brand new parts but i could definitely fabricate something like this for around 750 if i reuse some parts
Max 1 dollar 💰. If u having brkfst daily in same time than it will cost less than this
Great work dude
Nice build. Make me want to build, too
Thanks for the Video. This inspired me to build one. 👍👍
Love the look of that dude, fair play fantastic effort👍
Dude ! You're a beast.
Amazing job !
